The hotel is superb. The staff were excellent and friendly (reception, bar, restaurant and housekeeping). On our first night, we arrived late and they offered to include lunch on the last day as part of our full-board package as we’d missed the first meal, a great start. The rooms were slick and modern with a power shower and comfy beds. Bright and functional room plus a free beer in the fridge. The patio doors wouldn’t lock, I reported it to reception and they fixed it within an hour - at 8 in the evening, brilliant! The rest of our stay was a joy, great breakfast selection, lovely lunch and dinner selection with a live cooking station doing 4 varieties of meat and fish each meal. Plenty of fresh fruit and veg at every meal, all the toppings you’d need. Pool was excellent. Always able to get a sunlounger. Pool towels could be rented from reception for 2E (plus deposit) and borrowed until departure, even tho we left after checkout time. Best of all was the superb friendly service throughout our stay, including on the last day when we were given access to a spare shower room and bag storage area, secured with key and CCTV. I would definitely return, we loved it here.

Hotel would benefit from a pizza oven to make Italian-style based, the pizza wasn’t very good or authentic. Food labelling should be improved (unclear if meat or fish dishes, even at live station). Soya or oat milk at the bar with coffee would be good. These are all minor points.

our balcony there was a hot air fan I presumed for air con, which made it unbearable to sit out when it was on. accommodation or cleaning staff knocked on the door very loudly one morning asking to clean while we were fast asleep we found this quiet annoying

The customer service was incredible. The staff really went above and beyond. Very friendly, yet very professional. Great sense of humour - we could have a laugh and a joke with them all. Our connecting flight was cancelled and therefore we couldn't arrive until the morning after our booking- I was panicking and persistently messaging the hotel to make sure that they didn't give our room away, and they were very patient, and, very calming and assured me all would be fine. They took into consideration my requests for a high level, quiet room, due to my husband being unwell with cancer, and our room was fabulous, floor 8 even with a beautiful relaxing view. The food was great - plenty of choice, and good opening hours. The bar area by the pool is great, and the staff there absolutely fantastic too, as were the main reception staff. There is a snack van for lunch during the day which is great. Plenty of sunbeds, no need to rush down at 6am, there are an abundance of sunbeds with umbrellas for those that require shade. The fresh water pool is lovely and refreshing to dip in and out when you're too hot, and a fantastic size and depth for those who wish to swim laps for exercise. I noticed the gym, which looked fab, but I didn't go in. We had some issues with my husband's health when we were there, and there evening receptionist gentelman was super helpful - calling us a taxi to take us to a local walk in clinic, explaining to the taxi driver where he should take us, which was very helpful during a worrying time. The hotel is in a great area - there are convenience stores in walking distance, a short walk down to the main road for all the bars and shops, and a short walk to the marina. We would definitely stay again.

I personally had a room service attendant issue, but I will take this up separately with the hotel - it didn't detract from the stay.

I loved the setup of the room ,the bathroom and the shower was exceptional. The TV channels was a good variety .Maria at the reception was amazing and offered great service, and was very helpful, professional and very welcoming. Well done and thank you .Breakfast had a great variety ( for my taste buds ), coffee machines making great coffee and three machines were enough to supply coffee for everyone and no queues at all .10 out of 10 for me .I liked the swimming pool and the two pool tables ,which was a nice touch from the hotel .And lastly ,the parking was free which was an added bonus

Perhaps supply of milk sachets would be nice or long life milk to go with the coffee.

Very nice room, clean, spacious, with a balcony as well. Big wardrobe, comfortable and large bed, desk, big shower. Check out is at 12 which is great! Breakfast is international and it offered a lot of things, also pancakes, but they could definitely up their croissant game.

I only stayed two nights, but the only thing that caused a bit of trouble was parking the car: the hotel has a free parking with around 20 slots, and a bigger one that is however 10 euro a day. We went during Semana Santa so it was busy, but we ended up parking 10 minutes away because we did not find anything closer.

I liked it has a 24 hr reception, the staff were super helpful. It had a good location and that it was quiet. I want to thank the cleaning staff, they were very kind and professional. - the food etc was beautifully displayed and great selection: thank you kitchen staff. - beautiful pools

1. I didn’t like the extra water feature… when I showered, the water poured into the bathroom, in the hall and under the bed. I used my towels to dry this out. 2. I was unable to access the balcony as the sliding door was jammed. I have advised the reception about these issues (rm 864)

The hotel was really clean and modern. The pool was great. There were more than enough sun beds for October and the pool bar had a great selection of cocktails and drinks for good prices. Really reccomend the san fermin cocktail! The bar staff were really friendly. Had pool tables too! Maids do a great job with the rooms. We diddnt have food so can't comment on that but their restaurant looked busy every breakfast and dinner.

Very nicely laid out hotel. Pool and poolside facilities are very good. Plenty of sun loungers available and a well stocked bar. Check in was very quick and easy. Rooms are spacious with a fair sized balcony. Staff were great to help me with parking my car for as little cost as possible. Located very close to the beach and the main drag, albeit quite a steep hill walking back to the hotel.

All of the room doors slam incredibly loudly. Can be quite dangerous and is also not ideal when you're trying to get some sleep. Walls are also very thin so you can hear everything when people are transiting the corridor. Cleaners would try and get into my room even when I had a Do Not Disturb sign up which was annoying.

Everything in general is really good value for money. It's about 20min walking from the train station and about 5min walking from the nearest beach. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options. The room was of a good size nice balcony with sea view and a little fridge. The pools are great and there are plenty of sunbeds The staff was really nice too

The sunbed area wasn't always clean thoroughly - I sometimes would fine glasses or cigarette stubs around and under the sunbeds (easy solved if you put more ashtrays and more little tables). There weren't enough umbrellas in the pool area, in my opinion. The balcony door in my room wouldn't close properly- I was in the 5th floor so I didn't mind, but if I were in the 1st floor or if I had kids, I would've been worried.
