Hotel was generally great. Good location just off the road that runs through the pueblo. I’m a clean freak and this hotel is spotless - I witnessed them quite literally scrubbing every inch throughout my stay. Room light and airy, great balcony and sea view. Very relaxing overall. will definitely be back to stay again.

Nothing I didn’t like but a couple of suggestions. No hair dryer in the room - I did get one on request but it was pretty much a small travel one with no funnel on the end - wouldn’t of been good if a lady with longer hair and he made me go down for it , not ideal when I’ve obviously just got out the shower. no iron or board in the room - when asked it just wasn’t available with no explanation of when he could sort one out. breakfast was Iovely however would liked to have seen more on the breakfast - sausage , black pudding maybe but also understand it’s a small family kitchen so that may play a part. I requested breakfast on the balcony so I could make use of the lovely view whilst eating , also offered to pay more but it wasn’t possible. not entirely sure why.

Our second stay at the beautiful hotel. Our room looked like it had had some updating recently and most importantly for me the shower door now opened outwards! Rooms are lovely and clean and bright. All staff are friendly and welcoming. Location is excellent for getting around the pueblo but to be aware if you have mobility issues, both routes to get to the hotel involve a hill or slope. Air conditioning in rooms, along with fridge and safe, no additional charge. Breakfast is offered at €12 per person, but we can’t comment on this as we didn’t use this facility as we don’t usually eat until lunchtime.

Nothing we didn’t like. (On our last night, new guests next door with children allowed them to slam the wardrobe doors continuously on and off for a few hours until half past 10 at night! This however wasn’t the fault of the hotel)

The room was perfect for my short break with my family, and location was perfect, especially as I love Benalmadena Pueblo. The breakfasts were excellent with a great choice and fantastic quality. Staff are extremely helpful, warm and friendly. The hotel is spotlessly clean and rooms are attended to daily. Excellent value for money and exceeds its rating. I would definitely recommend and will return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I would usually stay at a hotel with a pool but lack of one at this hotel would not put me off returning. There was nothing I didn’t like.

I come back to the same hotel every year and it is always the best experience. Extremely clean hotel with great breakfast, very polite staff that make you feel so welcomed. I was so surprised to see that it only has one star, since it is much, much better than any four of five stars hotels I have visited.

Nothing really. Room is cleaned every day so you always return to a sparkly fresh room , bed and bathroom. TV, mini fridge, safe box, perfect free wifi, all makes you feel as comfortable as being at home.

Best hotel ever !!!!! Everything was perfect, the staff is so kind and helpful , the hotel is gorgeous and authentic, the room is spacious, the beds are so comfy, the shower has great pressure, the location can't be better, the village absolutely stunning, beautiful roof terrace with sea view. Best breakfast ever, daily homemade pie, yummy juicy fruits, daily homemade juices, lots of choice, eggs or crepe on demand and everything tastes so good.

The Casa Rosa exceeded our expectations. It is the most cleanest, comfortable hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Rosa our host, is an absolute gem of a lady…always has a smile, cooks a mean full English breakfast, followed by a beautiful pancake. A banquet of fruits, cold meats, cheese, yoghurts, cereals …tea, fruit teas and fresh coffee were all available….along with her delicious carrot cake. Bed was very comfortable too. Great position in the pueblo, just a hop away from the main road. Tea/coffe making facilities in our room.

I can’t think of anything that would improve on such a fabulous hotel….

Breakfast was superb. Huge range of fruits, cheeses, cold meat plus a cooked breakfast offered every day. Dining room lovely , fresh and bright. Staff so very friendly. Location was ideal and so close to a lovely walk lined with restaurants.

Nothing , we thought that the standard in every area was actually exceptional. Tremendous value - so reasonably priced.

Little gem of a warm & welcoming family run hotel. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and breakfast has great choice including home cooked cakes. The owners treat you like family and it has a very cosy feel. Great location close to the shops but up the hill in a quiet location with breathtaking views of the coastline

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was great and had an amazing sea view. Breakfast is well worth it. We ate there 7 times. A great variety from cereal, fresh fruit, meats, cheeses and a selection of hot breakfasts made fresh to order. Fabulous! They even opened the kitchen early the morning of our departure as we were leaving early.

I would've liked a couple of extra plug sockets as we had to keep unplugging lamps and the kettle if we needed to charge phones or use other electronic devices. But it wasn't a great problem.
