The location and being able to park outside. It was quiet area and more residential. The hotel had a restaurant and plenty of outside space as well as communal inside space, so the fact the rooms are small isn’t a huge deal. It was such good value for what you get. And they check the rooms each day and give fresh towels and change bedding. Vending machine for a quick coffee. Helpful front desk staff.

It’s not very soundproof, but since it’s winter it’s not too busy or noisy. The shower was not great but managed to use it.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel was very clean and my room was cleaned and clean towels every day. The best thing was the price. It was not 5 star but I didn't expect that. Best value for money. It was in an ideal situation for beach and park.

Hotel a little dated but to update would probably make it more expensive. Could have perhaps provided a little cheese or meat with breakfast. I don't think that would have cost a lot but really would have made a difference. On saying that I certainly wouldn't complain, the bread was fresh every day and coffee good.

After paying 45 euros for one night I had no complaints with this hotel. I stayed in Benalmádena with a group of friends and this hotel was good for our weekend away. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. It was an easy walk down to the beach and the marina was not far.

I was in room 501 and the balcony was shared with another room and the guest was smoking outside so my room did smell of cigarette smoke. Perhaps you could ban all smoking in the hotel? Nice view from the room otherwise.

The staff very polite and friendly Juan carlos ,gema ,sandra , maria ,ana and I missed the name of the other woman that I didn't ask for her name but I'm really glad and appreciated their service 🙌

Just more as suggesting, will be more great if the room will have a small fridge and stove because everything else it's just perfect .

Lovely guy met us. we received a message from booking.com saying the hotel allows checkin 24 hours a day, however this was not the case. normal check in after 2pm. would have liked air-con, but this was not offered when we booked so all good.

would have liked air con. would have like to check in when we arrived at 12 as were going to a wedding, but the hotel kept our bags in reception so all was good. room could have been tricky to find if we were compromised!

Very near the beach front only 5minute walk. Shops also nearby and train station .Free WiFi in the hotel which was excellent. Staff friendly and polite. Bedroom spacious and clean .

Tv was very small and no English channels for news updates. Bedroom doors slam so wasn’t quiet at night as other guests in and out .No kettle in room or small fridge.

I only stayed for one night, but the place has a lot of charm. It's beautifully decorated, has all the necessary amenities for a short stay, and the terrace adds extra vibes to your morning coffee. Definitely worth a visit!

The directions to the location weren't very clear. The Google Maps pin leads to a different place and you need to do it manually - that could be improved.

The location was perfect within 5 minutes of the beach front, full of a variety of places to eat, whilst enjoying the beautiful view. The room was what was needed, a desk to work, free, strong wifi signal. Room was clean, spacious with door onto the shared roof terrace, with amazing views of the sea, white houses and beyond. Good value for money. Staff service was excellent.

Authentic Lovely staff Great location

No air con but I knew that anyway. Surprisingly, it wasn’t that unbearable, considering the weather was over 30 degrees. I put a bag of ice in front of the fan they provide and it managed to cool the room down. So if you stay in cooler months you won’t have a problem.

Excellent location although uphill to gain access, but then downhill to the beach. A more varied breakfast perhaps with cereals an option. Great coffee and I mean great and lots of it. Staff were very helpful.

Nothing in particular. Perhaps soap in the rooms for washing as we only had shampoos to use instead of hand gel.
