Great location, easy to get to the old town or onto the beaches. We had a top floor apartment which was huge with a large terrace overlooking the street and seaview which appeared a lot bigger and spacious than the lower apartments. Very reasonably priced

It was a little noisy at times from the streets at night. It was a fiesta weekend TBF. And the toilet had a little bit of a sewage smell. Lid needed to be kept down and bathroom door shut but it wasn't too onerous and as we sat mostly on the large terrace it was not a big problem.

We been in the Avenida Appartments several times and it is our favourite place to stay in Benidorm. Plenty of space, close to the sea, shops, bars and resturants, Supermarket just around the corner. Free use of the Swimming pool and deckchairs on the roof of the Alvenida hotel opposite. Everything we need. The staff are very helpful (24 desk) and the cleaners and very nice to talk to and do a excellent job changing towels every day if required. We will be back again soon. Can't wait.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. We stayed her for my mums birthday and they allowed a friend who arrived earlier to go to our room and put up some banners. Our room was clean and although basic we had everything we needed (except an iron which you can loan from reception). Our towels were changed regularly with out us asking and fresh bedding 3 times in 10 days. The lady who runs the kids club and does a lot of the evening entertainment for the adults is a good laugh.

The restaurant is across the road in the main hotel, it states the dress code for evening meal is legs/arms covered so on the first evening we donned out smart attire, melted walking to 5mtrs across the road only to find everyone in shorts and t-shirts. The main entertainment which is on every night (Piano) is repetitive and cringy and could do with being updated. After 2 evenings we began to eat later so that we missed it. The air con is only in the main room so the bedroom got extremely warm throughout the day/evening.

Great location, appartment was enough, not modern, but everything worked.

No free Parking close by. Drop in Baggage also hard as the street of the appartments dont have car access. Missed to have AC on the rooms though as the only AC unit was in the living room/kitchen.

Easy check in. Apartment had everything we needed. Staff friendly and helpful.

Having to buy washing up liquid. Is it not possible to a small pump at the sink like they have in the bathroom. A whole bottle of washing up liquid fir 1 week to then be thrown away is a waste.

We were put in an inside room with no view, we asked to be changed to a street view which the staff did for us within a few days, it was our own fault as we didn't realise they had inside rooms. Also our power blew one night due to a faulty water heater, the plummer was there 1st thing in the morning and replaced the heater immediately, was impressed. Also the reception staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Location FANTASTIC. On a busy, vibrant corner in between Old Town & new. Great for traditional pubs & shops, 1 minute walk to the beach front. Takeaways straight opposite. Noisy, interesting & great for people watching. Beds hard as rock but ok after a few days haha, you get what you pay for. Apartments old fashioned but very clean & staff/ cleaners are great. Fresh towels every other day. We had a 2 bedroomed apartment no.308 so we had 2 twin rooms, a sofa bed & 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower the other with bidet, shower & bath. Walk directly across the street up onto level 6 to use the lovely pool & hot tub of Hotel Avenida. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Will definitely return.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Apartments are in great location, and were very clean. Would definitely book again.

The mattresses on the bed aren’t the best, and it would have been useful to have been supplied with washing up liquid and cloths to help maintain the cleanliness of the apartment and cups.
