From the moment we arrived, we were very impressed with the friendliness of the reception staff, who spoke good English compared to my "little" Spanish! We were able to obtain a booking space in the underground car park at the same time. Our room was a junior suite and it went above our expectations. There were two smart tv's, on in front of the bed and one in the seating area. The wardrobe was large enough although a few more hangers would have been preferred. We had a small balcony overlooking a main thoroughfare, which made for good "people" watching whilst enjoying a G&T after sunbathing on our "private" pool area. As we had a suite, we had access to the "deluxe" pool area, a private area to sunbathe with a plunge pool. The whole week we were there, we were the only ones up there. It has sun all day and was perfect for us (although a neighbour could view us, we never saw them). We had half-board and the breakfast offered a good selection from hot to cold, all served buffet style. Evening meal was adequate, with a good selection of hot food and salads were offered, together with cold meat. There was live entertainment each night down in the bar however seating was limited, especially when we first arrived as there was a Spanish coach party in and they filled the room! We were so impressed we have rebooked already to go back in 2024.

We were not happy we could not pre-book a parking space, especially as we had driven down from England and did not want to leave the car in an unsecure car park. We paid extra to book in early to secure the parking. The evening meal was buffet style, not a problem, but it was very bland and need to have some seasoning introduced. They offered a fair selection although I would have liked to have seen more vegetarian hot dishes.

The hotel was so lovely from the staff to the facilities were fantastic the location in the old town was ideal with a short taxi ride to the new town (e6 for 4 people). The breakfast was lovely with a good variety of foods to suit all, pancakes waffels cereals fresh fruit with both choices of cooked and cold meat with lovely breads and pastries too. The lunch buffet was also really good value for money and great choice of dishes. A short walk away there is lots of shops and restaurants on the way to the beautiful sandy beach.

Perfect location for all that Benidorm has to offer. The shopping streets, Tapas Alley and both Poniente and Levante beaches were within easy short walks. Benidorm Palace was a quick taxi journey away as well. We all stayed over Xmas for four days although living only 40 minutes away, but we were able to enjoy the Palace without the need to drive home afterward. Xmas Day dinner at the hotel was exceptional. The choice of food was simply unbelievable. No one would have been disappointed. The hotel is modern, well appointed and with ample off street parking. The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bedrooms could benefit from a light refresh, particularly the bathrooms, but this is a busy hotel so some deterioration is to be expected. Also the walls must be paper thin as you can hear the next room’s guests talking - thankfully they were our friends,and they like us, so nothing embarrassing discussed.

The location is great, just at the start of the old town, close to the beach, shops and buses and easy to get to the new town if you want to. Walkable but near buses as well. The room we had was one with streetview with a very large balcony including two sunloungers. Shower is good. Breakfast buffet has everything you could want and the evening buffet is good as well! Staff is pleasant.

Not that we didn't like it, but the pool area seemed small. We didn't use it because we were there in March and although it was sunny and warm it was too cold to swim. The sun was there in the morning until 2 or 3 in the afternoon. This would not be a problem in the summer.

The hotel was incredibly comfortable and clean. We had half board and the food was delicious, plenty of choice every day and cooked beautifully. The staff all work really hard in every aspect of the hotel which ensures a lovely stay for everyone.

It would be nice to have more sunbeds, the pool area is very small and we never managed to get a bed in the morning as they were all taken very quickly. It would be nice if more beds and parasols could be put on the solarium level for people to just sunbathe if they aren't worried about using the pool. It would also be good to have more coat hangers in the wardrobe as we only had 6 between the two of us for a fortnight stay.

Staff was trying their best, helped us change the room (the first one was at the same level with the pool which was uncomfortable for us). Food was good, sweets were tasty. Swimming pool. Clean and modern room.

No free drinks on lunch and dinner, even water. The safe in the room cost some money. A city view room appeared to be a pool view in the beginning.

The staff are exceptionally helpful, the rooms are lovely and the food is fantastic a wide range available. It’s easy to recommend to people as it’s in a key central location with easy access and great facilities.

The food needs “sin gluten” signs on the buffet as i sometimes found it difficult to know what I could and couldn’t eat. But the selection was still amazing.

Breakfast was superb. Plenty of choice and well prepared. Excellent location for exploring the old town of Benidorm. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and good shower.

Unfortunately there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
