The location is good, near the Old Town and easy to walk everywhere. Yes the hotel is a bit dated but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The food was good and plentiful, and all the staff worked extremely hard, particularly the bar staff who at times were very busy.

Entertainment needed more variation, over 7 nights the same musician appeared 4 times. Line Dancing was very popular and the music quiz was short and sweet. Perhaps things are better in high season. The hotel is also quite noisy in the early hours as they clean the roads/beach but this is common in my experience.

Everything about this hotel is lovely. It's location is fabulous,the staff all through the hotel are friendly helpful and make the visit enjoyable. I visited with my 85 yr old dad,so we didn't want a typical British hotel. This is perfect, location was great for him and he enjoyed everything about it.The balcony was big and view was lovely . Although I took a travel kettle as reviews said didn't have in rooms..You can take hot and cold drinks to your room just tell them at the bar,so wouldn't take it again. Dad thoroughly enjoyed it and I did too. If you want a rowdy hotel stay in new town but for anyone wanted a relaxed break with excellent service and food this is the hotel for you.

Nothing it was all perfect

Location is fabulous, right in the town so easy to find bars, restaurants etc Not too noisy considering location. Lovely sea view from our room and sunny balcony (422) Breakfast good selection of food and drinks, plenty of tables. Pool area on roof Lovely... great sea views and plenty of sunbeds.

Evening entertainment wasn't to our liking however plenty going on outside the hotel. Some staff (bars) didn't listen properly/understand so didn't get what expected.

the hotel overall The Spanish girl who seemed to run the entertainment in the evening spent a lot of time going round tables chatting and making sure everything was ok . She went above and beyond as they say! Also the beers and drinks were a good standard and presented well.

Pool was freezing . Also the jacuzzi was cold . Seems pointless and a waste of energy for it to be on an automatic timer all day long when its to cold to sit in !

Decor in public area are slightly tired, especially bar area We had 6 twin rooms some of which were quite compact to say the least

Didn’t like the breakfast also paid for 4 nights h/b and didn’t get any meals the 1st night got got 3 breakfasts and only 2 evening meals maybe you should consider arrivals and departure times when paying for your meals

It was perfect for us being in our late fifties. Staff were very nice and attentive. Food was lovely lots of choice. Room was cleaned daily. Would definitely recommend

The lifts were very small but not a problem.

We booked a junior room the only complaint there was an adjoining door to the accommodation next door situated within our room which was locked but you could hear the occupants snoring coughing talking.

Very clean, really large spacious room with a great balcony. I found it to be very good value for money too, especially for the central location. The staff were lovely and helpful.

Hotel is a bit dated, and the 6th floor bar was not open which was a bit inconvenient.

The only very small problem was the lift which seems a bit slow to respond,other than that is was great.
