everything, the whole hotel is lovely spotless modern spacious. The rooms where fantastic, the staff where perfect very friendly, professional and helpful. This hotel is perfect and will definitely be our regular place to stay. The value for money is unbelievable, nothing but great things to say about this hotel.

Nothing I can’t fault the place at all. If I was to comment it would be picking at things that are for my personal preference, an I would be unfair to the hotel. IE as we went in Jan unable to use the pools because of the weather would have loved a indoor pool. Being realistic what would the point of them having a indoor pool to be used 2 to 3 months out the year when it’s out of season time. The hotel is fantastic and you definitely get more for your money.

The Hotel was kept very clean & tidy every where,around the pools especially. The food was excellent a very wide range for everyone to try. The rooms were very comfortable as we're the beds.

I didn't like the fact that you couldn't get a cup of tea or coffee with your evening meal. I know the hotel was adults only but I don't think large groups of guys should be allowed. The noise above our room & below for the last 3 days was a nightmare. They would be getting ready to party at 03.45!!!

I have been coming to Benidorm for almost 40 years and this is probably the best hotel I have stayed in..Although it's a little far out the suite I had was huge..spotlessly clean...the food was good..the all inclusive was limitless but what makes this hotel so good is the amazing staff..they really can not do enough for you..im coming back as soon as I can...value for money this hotel is unbeatable.

The property is clean and well maintained, staff on reception are always helpful - particularly Lili. We liked the location as it was set back back a little from the main busy area which meant it was quieter at night. Food was good, a varied choice at every meal time.

The hotel was very nice, and the beds were very comfortable with new mattresses. The food was good with lots of choice. The entertainment in the evening was great. All the staff we encountered were friendly and efficient. We added our daughter onto our booking at the last minute and she slept on the sofabed in our suite, the hotel were very good about this. I was also impressed with the surprise bubbly and chocolates for my birthday; a really nice touch.

The views were amazing and the junior suite was exceptional.

Great 4* hotel but the food could be improved as this was the only thing that was a bit of a let down, it wasn't like 4* food. The snacks in-between meals weren't too bad but could change these instead of always keeping the same and have more variety.

A dining chair needed repair and within an hour it was replaced after talking to the receptionist. Our first night we were very cold in bed and the following morning we asked for a duvet each and again within a short time, the duvets were left in our room. The staff were so pleasant and helpful and were always on hand if you needed anything. The restaurant staff even reserved a table for us for the length of our stay as I was using a stroller/walker.

The lifts were causing long delays especially as one of the three seemed to be out of service for a couple of days. As we were on the 19th floor this obviously meant long waits at times.

The staff were very friendly. The food and drinks were great. The room was excellent.

The sun gets blocked out by the buildings around it a lot. Its a bit far out and up hill from everywhere

Everything! The room was great, location was perfect, nice and quiet! The staff was great and always very helpful. The food and drink was also great. We are already looking at coming back in October :)

Staff were lovely, so happy and welcoming. Room was a really good size with sofa and kitchen area too including fridge. All inclusive was great, felt like there was food served 24/7 and drinks served until midnight. Location was good, about a 10 min walk from strip but we knew this when we booked so all fine Would definitely return!
