Apts are massive,kitchen has large fridge freezer, hotplate, microwave toaster, kettle , coffe machine, washing machine, ironing board, iron, clothes maiden, huge bacony, sofa bed in living room, table and chairs, bedroom with double bed, another room 2 single beds, bathroom has a basin with vanity unit, hairdryer walk in shower and toilet. Also utility room, booked for 4 days ended up staying an extra 3 days, couldnt fault it. Situated by behind ROCKSTAR and JUMPING JACKS BARS.

I loved the location, the apartment, the air con, the staff, especially David and Victor at the bar.

Sadly there were two young male groups in the hotel. They were obnoxious, loud and rude. They were throwing each other in the pool, deliberately splashing around to annoy the other guests. This is a family hotel and spoilt it for me. Other than that it was a perfect stay! Additionally, towels should not be allowed to be put on loungers for the whole day. It was impossible to get loungers for the whole family as people put them on and then don’t use them, they are just reserved by them in case they decide to use them. That’s not fair.

You won't find a better location than this for the price that you pay, its at the end of the strip so within a 2 min walk of all the lively bars but far enough away that you dont hear music until 6am or get any drunken riff raff when you're at the hotel. It's also less than a 5 min walk to the beach. The hotel rooms and facilities were great, very modern, spacious, and clean. The pool area is nice, comfortable loungers and mini bar that serves food and drinks for most of the day. Beds were all comfortable, I had the sofa bed and still slept well every night. This was my 4th visit to Benidorm, and this was the best place I have stayed, whether you are a group or a couple. The staff seemed a bit wary of us at first because we were a group of 9 lads, but once they got to know us and saw that we weren't there to cause trouble they were very friendly, welcoming and helpful with anything we needed.

My only fault, although very minor, is that they could do with having more loungers around the pool. The pool opens at 10am and the loungers get taken pretty quickly. We were a group of 9 so it was difficult to all get a sun bed, but if you are an early riser then it shouldn't be an issue to get one.

The location was spot on for closeness to the beach and the nightlife. The apartment on the 2nd floor had a large terrace overlooking the pool and a glimpse of the sea. Very clean, lovely staff and perfect for a stay. Cafe by pool was superb. Happy to have paid 15 euros for car parking as very secure off road parking

I think the hotel should ban people placing towels on the sun beds and then clearing off and leaving the premises to come back hours later! They’re are not enough sun beds for the size of the apartments so it should a fairer system.

Excellent helpful, friendly staff. Lovely apartment, nice balcony and view.

Ants nest under skirting in room reported this but still there when we left. Also quite a few large groups of young males and females (humans not ants), even though we were told they don’t do group bookings, probably wont stay again because of this. Minimal cutlery, still adequate but no tin opener. Bins at top of street on main road not great for us oldies.

We loved the Maryciel apartments. They had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Situated in a quiet spot, it was only a short walk to the Levante beach and close to the bars and restaurants. A walk to The Old Town takes about 15 minutes. The apartments were clean and spacious. There is a large wrap around apartment accessible from two patio doors. The apartment has a separate kitchen and just off it is a drying area with a clothes maiden which was very useful. We spent a lot of time around the pool, sunbathing, reading, or watching the music videos by the bar area. We were impressed by the helpful and friendly staff. Fresh towels were delivered to our door every couple of days.

Nothing negative really. Parasols near the sunbeds would be useful. Sometimes, we found it hard to get a sunbed as they had been reserved with towels or items of clothing. The management have notices telling people not to do it, but it still happens.

The location is exactly where we wanted to be. We understand it’s on “ muggers alley” but we look after each other and get home safely. Two streets down from the beach. Nice sunloungers round pool. Pool cold as expected! Pool bar not open again it’s winter to be fair Benidorm has so many pubs it really didn’t matter. Ibrox bar, Helen’s so close as is the Yorkshire pride & The Bullsog and really not far to the old town! The apartments are ideal size facing the beach very well equipped with everything you need. The staff are absolutely lovely people. Easy check in we paid the deposit in English pounds. The luggage room was a good send and the lovely lady got us towels so we could get a shower before we left. Spot on thank you

No late check out available but this is the luck of the draw. Also not the apartments fault but we heard 3 groups all scrapping outside! But this could have been anywhere!

Really big balcony, two bedroom apartment was very spacious, suited 4 adults and a child. Close to the strip and beach but also a short walk to old town. Pool bar was great for cold drinks and light snacks.. apartment had everything you needed. We were on the first floor so didn't mind the slow lift as used the stairs..

Not enough sunbeds and no umbrellas.. pool doesn't open till 10 and people que from 9 to get beds and might only use them for an hour but leave the towels there all day.. bedding wasn't changed for the week, got a change of towels half way through the week alright..

Great size room and modern Washing machine in apartment Coffee machine in the room, full size fridge freezer and oven and hob Air conditioning was excellent Location was great for both old and new town Big balcony with table and chairs and an egg chair swing Friendly staff Nice clean pool areas with a bar serving drinks and snacks Overall a great achievement

While there was 3 of us in the room there was only 2 cups and glasses (which wasn't a big deal 2 us as we brought our own but any better to some Only 1 mirror in the apartment in the bathroom which was a problem when trying to get ready in the morning and at night could definitely do with another While the place was secure the gate into the hotel didn't always lock so you could just push it open

Apartments where good size, had all amenties and clean n tidy, we had amazing view as being on 12th floor.
