Lovely hotel entertainment brill facilities great staff very friendly and helpful we had a fabulous time we came in April so didn't expect a lot to be going on so pleasantly surprised .

The food wasn't to our liking but managed to eat something at least however the deserts were fab The only other thing we didn't like was they shut the pool off at 5pm not sure if it stays open longer in the summer months my kids would play in the pool all day but actually it made the outside space slot safer on a night for kids they couldn't fall in the pool also the hotel is quite far from the beach if maybe not very mobile

This was our 4th stay at the Rio Park and as on the other occasions found nothing at all to fault.Great location not far from the beach and the strip.Staff very friendly and professional.Rooms very clean,Spacious and comfortable.The breakfast area although very busy always managed to find and table and the buffet was always well topped up.

Nothing to dislike.One day when we came back from the beach we realised the towels in the bathroom had been taken but not replaced.Rang down to reception and within 5 minutes knock on the door with new towels so can’t fault that

not the first stay in Benidorm. Amazing, we had a family room on the 11th floor, as I understand it, they have large rooms only on the upper floors. Every day varied, themed dinners, breakfasts are always the same, but there is everything you could wish for. We were provided with bathrobes and slippers for each adult in the room, the mini bar was stocked with lemonades and water. Cleaning daily, towels changed daily, there were also large beach towels. Of the minuses is the pressure in the shower. It is very weak and the water is constantly changing, plus the shower head is not the best and does not spray properly. For our 10 days, the animation was not very much, we liked Jamie Somers show the most. The area is very well looked after, the pool is very clean.

Hotel was lovely and the staff were very attentive. The rooms were lovely and clean and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful

I thought the swimming pool opening times 11am to 5pm were very poor. If I had taken my grandchildren, I would and they would have been very disappointed. Swimming should be open from 9-7pm. We even noticed at 4pm that the Lifeguard was starting to erect the fence going round the pool.

Room, breakfast, dinner all value for money. Heating in the room was very good for the cold nights and getting out of the shower. Drinks are a bit pricey but this is the same all over Benidorm these days.

The entrance to the hotel could be better situated. On arrival with bulky cases , people have to navigate down a long cobbled walkway. The hotel should have a smooth path put in at the side of the cobbles to accomodate guests with cases and prams. The luggage room for storing your bags for the return home is not kept locked. Other hotels require that you request a key to enter and this is a lot safer for any belongings that you have stored in the room

The food was excellent, something for everyone and all offerings were very tasty. Brilliant variety of food for all meal and plenty of it. Hotel was clean with staff visibly cleaning regularly. All staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Location of the hotel was ideal for family friendly bars and restaurants, as well as for shopping and the outdoor market. Brilliant value for money!

The surrounding buildings mean the pool does not always get much sun, the pool was very cold and couldn't be used for long. Even slightly heated would be much more enjoyable - appreciate the shadiness around the pool isn't the hotels fault. Would have liked there to be a water dispenser available at meal times but our stay was very enjoyable.

We booked full board. We didn't go for dinner most nights. You could swap dinner for lunch. Galloween night they put on a fantastic spread of food and a show during dinner. Was excellent. Staff are very friendly and hotel is far enough away from strip to be quiet but easy to walk to if you want. Lots of sctivities and shows we're decent. An excellent Halloween break.

Pool was very cold. Had to move around to get sun during day as hotel across road blocked it. Not sure if that would be case in summer when sun is out longer. Wouldn't let that stop you going there at Halloween. Was just around pool, terraces got the sun.

Lovely hotel from start to finish. We were a group of women aged between 18-58. We booked 4 rooms and we were all on the same floor. The hotel and rooms are very clean, beds comfy and maids come daily. Plenty of room for two of us. Food was great, something for everyone. Great variety and topped up constantly. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Pool was closed but due to the time of year. The hot water did stop working one day for a few hours.

Breakfast and Dinner were very good, evening entertainment was excellent, very close to the beach and bars. Booked again for short break next year.

Tea making facilities in room, used when we arrived and asked at reception next morning for two milks and two sachets of sugar to replace. I was told I’d have to upgrade and pay another €30, multi million pound company, come on. Not replenished all stay. So buy your own in the shop as we had to.
