The Staff were excellent, they are very helpful and the restaurant managers couldn’t do enough to help as one of our party is gluten intolerant/ They made sure bread,pizza , pasta and chips was available whenever they wanted. Indian restaurant was pretty good aswell . The hotel is clean with entertainment on every day and night & the pool area was busy but always a bed available.

The pool area was lovely. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bar and entertainment area were really nice. The food was ok, pool bar food especially. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, the are so so nice! There was a female entertainer who was absolutely unbelievable with them the kids and was honestly one of the best i’ve came across. Loved it, next time we come to Benidorm we will be staying here.

Fantastic little stay at the Sandos! Super impressed with the Claire's on Reception (1&2!) really lovely and helpful. All of the bar staff and restaurant staff were lovely and chatty and interested in making your stay as pleasant as possible. The pool area is lovely and clean and well maintained. The water is a bit chilly but it's alright once you're in! Lots to do for the kids and animation team work hard to get around and include all the kids and get them involved in various fun activities. (Fantastic activities and things going on for Halloween - Well done Sandos!) The drinks were fantastic for all inclusive - they weren't too sweet and packed a nice bit of punch! The sangria in the restaurant (can be found in jugs near the self serving beer pumps!) is absolutely delicious! It was better than the Spanish restaurants I tried in the Old Town! The food was full of variety and really nice - even the desserts were tasty. 5 stars for the All Inclusive from me!! Clean toilets all around the hotel, so you don't have to travel far from the pool or bar or reception etc.

Everything it was a spacious hotel with amazing decor, pool awesome plenty of very nice sun loungers and outside seating, outside bar and food doing burgers hot dogs, and chicken kebab wraps, chips and pots of ice cream. kids were entertained throughout day their play room was fantastic although I didn't have any with me. Entertainment was great and fab when outside as it was very hot, pool towel service fab 10 euro deposit each towel and fresh towels readily available at desk Food was vast in choice presented lovely and wait staff cheerful and helpful. We had a free visit to the hotels Indian restaurant which was out of this world you must try the lentil soup. 4 lifts so no hanging around and a V.I.P area which Ididn't go in as I was with elderly parents but would love to try rooms were ample big lovely furnishings very comfortable beds tea and coffee facilities you can get tea,coffee,sugar and milk downstairs just ask rooms cleaned when you want it done we only had it 2 times as they didn't need it but could have been done every day if you want. 24hr desk phone in room. It was my ma and pa's first holiday in 7 yrs they loved the hotel and said they would love to come back next year

Food in the all inclusive main restaurant was delicious and so were the snacks and drinks available. Room was huge and the fridge was a great touch to keep milk and drinks in, balcony was incredible size and lovely to sit on at night. All the staff were very polite. Great walking distance to the beach and old town.

Walls were quite thin and could hear next door TV going until early hours, not so bad as we had ear plugs but definitely annoying. Indian restaurant was appalling, do not use at all. Bathroom in suite could do with a freshen up, not dirty but a bit neglected.

Went all-inclusive. Food was amazing - every meal - every day. Very impressed with building itself and interior decoration. Pool bar staff were super-welcoming and efficient. Parking hire-car was free of charge and no problem finding space in roads because of location away from main centre. Walking into 'town' was effortless. Driving to places like Calpe and Denia were easy enough with sat nav on phone. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Pillows!! The thick long pillows on the double bed are way too hard and hurt your neck. Brew Kit!! It was a pain having to collect brew-making-kit for room, from bars... but luckily, the bar staff make it easier with their welcome and speedy efficiency. Next time though, I would get fresh milk from shop because there is a good size fridge in room.

Nice hotel, good food, good location (away from the noise of the sea front), helpful staff. Claire in particular was very helpful when our transfer to the airport didn't go to plan, and the restaurant hosts were very accommodating of my dad's coeliac needs, making sure he knew what he could have at every meal.

Personal gripe: dinner timing (7.30pm onwards) is no good for small children. However, the reception staff arranged for a high chair to be delivered to our room so that we could feed our son earlier in the evening, then we took it in turns to go down for dinner by ourselves once he was in bed. We'd rather have had the option to eat together, but it was a solution that we made work for the week we were there. An extra bin in addition to the small bathroom one in the room would have been appreciated.

The little touches of complimentary prosecco and bottle of water in room, a phonecall to see if we had any problems/ complimentary indian in their very own Indian restaurant in hotel. Great lifts seperate odd and even lift for floors) had no issues getting from 10th floor. The bedroom got cleaned daily.

The hotel was a tad noisy (we had teens next door and could hear them moving about) thin walls.

the room was very spacious and clean , the room had all we needed including a fridge , the view was a sea view and we enjoyed sitting on the large balcony enjoying drinks in the evening and coffee in the morning , could not fault the room or view and we enjoyed the breakfast , plenty t select from weather you wanted a full breakfast or a light breakfast , fresh fruit and drinks available.
