we stayed in a junior suite and it was very specious. The location of the hotel was great. Close enough walk to the old town as well as being a nice walk away from the hustle and bustle of main Benidorm. the breakfast was great. a huge selection of food. It is also close to some great restaurants next door (Urban Gastrobar and a cocktail bar), which are reasonably priced and serve great food.

there was nothing that I didn’t like. The only thing I would mention that the pool on level 5 gets very busy very quickly. and the areas on level 7 and 8 don’t have bars or toilets close by should you need to use any facilities, but it did not hinder our stay.

Spotlessly clean, airy, very comfortable room and bed, room cleaned daily.

Slow bar service and poor system and amount of pool side sunbeds - massive queue in tiny lobby before pool opening time in the mornings for too few sunbeds in such a big hotel. Lots of wasted space where more sunbeds could be added

The location was excellent and on the quieter side of the old town, which we preferred. The hotel has a lovely area out front where you can sit and watch the world go by. The pool area is lovely and does get busy early but the beach is just across the road and there are plenty of sunbeds. The rooms are spacious (we had a suite) and they were cleaned every day. The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries and very clean. The breakfast was varied and a really good selection. Everyone working here goes out of their way to make sure you are well looked after and have a comfortable stay. We’d definitely recommend.

There’s nothing to dislike at all but a suggestion would be to have more people on the bar. Those working there were rushed of their feet at times but were always so lovely. Katrina was just fantastic!

Amazing hotel - gorgeous modern decor, comfy beds, the most wonderful location in old town. The list goes on! Staff were so helpful and we even had a free room upgrade on one of our rooms. Breakfast selection was brilliant, something for everyone (even the vegans in our party!) lots of alcohol options at the bar and the food menu at the lunch bar was fantastic. In walking distance of lots of great bars and restaurants, and there is a supermarket next to the hotel. Would 1000% recommend to others and would return again!

Very little to dislike about the hotel but if I had to chose one thing I would say is that the pool doesn’t open until 9:30, and during peak times it was very busy around the pool and there were few sunbeds left. Could’ve done with a few more dotted around.

A really well located hotel on the beach front and on the edge of the old town. It has a lovely seating area out front which is perfect to sit and watch the world go by. The pool area is lovely but does get busy early but the beach is just across the road and sunbeds and umbrellas can be hired there for the day. You can get beach towels from reception too. Rooms are spacious (we had a suite) and bathrooms are well stocked with shower gel, shampoo etc, as well as incidentals. Breakfast was really good with a great choice and all the people working here can’t do enough to make your stay wonderful. A special mention for Katrina who worked the main bar. She was an absolute star who always seemed to be working and always had a warm and welcoming smile, despite being really busy.

Hard to find anything to dislike but a suggestion would be to have more people working the main bar. They were rushed off their feet and sometimes there was only one person on.

Beautiful rooms, perfect location. Clean and comfortable rooms just like on the pictures. Many food options in the morning and in the evening as well. The pool on the 5th had an amazing view, although the pool area on the 7th was more relaxing and chill. There is a terasse on the 8th with sunbeds and stunning view. Many shops and bars nearby and the stuff is very kind and helpful.

It would have been nice if they provided towels for the beach as well, not only to the pools. I mean you could bring those to the beach but if you dont want to pay for sunbeds than it gets easily dirty in the sand.

Beautiful hotel - great location in front of promenade in nice part of town. Great fifth floor bar infinity pool and sun loungers - really nice staff up there. Spa also very good. Buffet food in restaurant really nice , good quality & selection, grill area with fresh coke food to order . Reception staff could not have been more helpful.

We were a group of 8 adults. We sometimes arrived down to dinner at separate ( by up to 30mins ) times and restaurant staff didn’t want to let us sit together. Appreciate they don’t want to have seats empty in busy restaurant whilst we were waiting for friends to join us , but as a group you do want to sit together , esp at dinner . Smaller groups I’m sure were fine and could be seated together but I’d never come across such resistance to E.g. being asked to seat us together or at adjoining tables , where there wasn’t a large table available.

I got a room on the fifth floor near the pool, but it was pretty tranquil anyway. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff was friendly and always eager to help. It is best suited for adults and older people, or maybe families with kids (over 13-15yo). Near the beach. The beach is lovely and has more quiet /warm water, which is calmer than Levante Beach (from the other side). The food in the hotel is okay. The food around the hotel is quite awful... or maybe it is because I'm not used to Mcdonald's kind of food or snacks. So, be aware there are almost zero excellent restaurants with clean food, and August is very touristy (crowded). Just wanted to mention - the hotel is new, built in 2020.

The constant queue for breakfast or dinner, but if you'll eat earlier - it will be less crowdy.

Everything from the welcome from the reception staff, they were very informative. We liked the information leaflet. The welcome drink was a lovely touch. We had drinks in the lobby bar before meeting our friends and the bar tender was friendly, helpful and had great local knowledge about the festival and fire works. The rooftop bar and swimming pool was lovely and the views were stunning. Our friends were staying in the Wow hotel a few doors down and it was lovely to bring them up to our pool bar for drinks. They said they would definitely stay in our hotel next time they visit. The room was clean, the bed was huge. All facilities were great with everything you needed. We didn't quite make the spa but will definitely give it a go on a return visit. The breakfast was lovely, lots of variety and just what you need to set you up for the day. Although we checked out at 12pm it was nice to be able to leave our luggage and then use the facilities to change before catching our flight. We would definitely stay here again and have recommended to lots of people.

Only issue, was the closing of the door in the room next to us. Rather than pulling it up they would let it slam, but that is a small point and the only bad thing about the stay.

Amazing offerings of breakfast options, cooked, fruits, yoghurts and had varying milks available. The staff were very attentive at clearing items out of the way, it is a busy time and so this is appreciated, but you do feel a little bit rushed. The rooms were clean and tidy with the biggest bed have ever seen, plenty of pillows and no need to take shampoo and conditioner as all nicely arranged in the bathroom. The rooms were big enough to chill out after a day of walking and just nice to return to. All staff were really really nice. We would stay again....if they sort the noise of the lift being called out. ;)

I disliked the incessant beep of the lift being called. To me, there did not seem any need for such an annoying noise, a nice low tone "ding" perhaps, but the piercing high pitched call of the lift when people press the button was honestly the bugbare of our little break. When your room is near the lift - other people must hear it also, it spoils an otherwise calm, relaxing ambient feeling of the hotel.
