Fantastic location, close to the beautiful Old Town and about 15/20 minutes walk (a very pleasant walk) into the main strip/central benidorm. It was spotlessly clean. The apartment was stunning 😍 we had the penthouse. Very spacious, had everything we needed, including 2 bathrooms. The showers were powerful and lovely. The view from the balcony was incredible. Such good value for money and cannot fault the apartment at all. We had a late check in and were provided with an app that let us in with an electronic key, this was really good and easy to use. We had very little to do with the staff, as they are only there 9am-5pm, but in my dealings with them they were very lovely and friendly. Highly recommended and if I visit Benidorm again, I will stay here.

- The location is perfect: the apartment is in a quite neighbourhood and still absolutely central and close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars (2mins walking distance) - Very close to the beautiful Old Town of Benidorm and also close to the beaches - The staff at reception were all friendly and helpful, as well as the cleaners - Air Conditioning was working perfectly fine - good to know for people who travel with kids: the closest beach has less waves due to wave stoppers and therefore is also suitable for disabled people

- The bathroom is very small - the view is not nice at all

Excellent stay here for the whole of March. We were on floor 6, facing south, and had a view of the Med over the roof tops. The location in the old town, excellent. Great staff, nothing is a problem for them. Immaculate throughout with regular towel and linen changes. We would absolutely stay there again and will recommend it to others who we know. Met by the lovely team, great location, clean rooms and made to feel very welcome. Only our 2nd visit to Benidorm and we fell in love with the Old Town. Would def return to Ribera apartments in the future.

There was abs nothing we didn't like. A couple of tweaks to the apartments could be made. Poss a little info/welcome pack in the rooms about the surrounding areas would be nice. As myself and my best friend visited and admittedly being women we had alot of clothes etc so poss more hangers, a lack of hooks and drawers so adding these might be helpful as the dining room table became and area for bags and all our odds and sods. All in all a great stay and we would def return in future.

The location was perfect, on a quiet side street away from the noise of the Old Town centre. The apartment is a self-catering apartment. The kitchen facilities were a little small with hardly any room for food preparation and nowhere to put your clean pots to dry. I know a lot of holidaymakers would not see this as an issue, but we like to prepare breakfast in the apartment and on occasion would have had lunch on the terrace, but the small space made this quite difficult. There is no oven/grill but there is a microwave. The kitchen was well equipped except for there were no wine glasses (I understand this is a personal issue, but I like a glass of wine on the balcony before going out in the evening). The room itself was a good size for two people but four people sharing would struggle in my opinion. It had a twin bed room, a good sized bathroom and a sitting area with sofa bed. If the sofa bed is extended there is very little room to move around. The accommodation was very quiet, with the only noise coming from the parrot across the road singing and whistling in a morning (which I personally liked the sound of). The apartment was clean and towels were changed twice in the week. The terrace on the 7th floor is very large with a lovely seating area, a table to dine at and two sun loungers. Unfortunately, the sun doesn't shine on the terrace in the morning or early evening (I'm assuming the terrace gets some sunshine during the day at some point but if, like us, you like to spend the daytime exploring, then you probably are not going to be able to sit in the sunshine on the terrace). Overall, the apartment is a very, very good apartment for the price paid and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Again a personal choice, but wine glasses would be a nice addition. My only other small criticism would be the ironing board. A small table top ironing board is virtually impossible to use as the only space to put it is on the dining table and doesn't make for easy ironing of clothes. I understand this isnt important to some, but we stayed for a week and I had to iron most evenings. Having said that, it was really useful to have an ironing board and iron in the room, which not many places offer.

We liked the location very central to what we needed and to the old town and beach. The apartment gave us all the utensils to what we needed with the possibility of cooking a little breakfast and to make a cup of tea , we had small bottles of water on arrival , a nice touch , and large fridge , it was clean and tidy, we slept on the sofa bed as air con was there to have on , it was comfortable and nice actually. Alberto was so kind and helpful never met a more pleasant and friendly staff member like him before made our stay so nice , with helping us out to keep our room a little longer on our last day , thankyou so much

We stayed there for 5 days, they only changed the towels once, and nobody cleaned our room There was no hand soap in the bathroom, and only a small bottle of shower gel and shampoo Also, very noisy, really hard to sleep at night because of the “neighbours”, but this one has nothing to do with the property

The location,the staff go all out to help they even lent us a beach brolly. the cleanliness is excellent clean towels every other day which were like new. Change of sheets in a week was good, because it was very hot. The Shower and hot water supply was great. The sofa bed was superb, very large, my grandson who is 17 year old loved it, Also Very secure.

Found a bit small for three adults, also the kitchen area a bit small, but plenty of cooking utensils etc. Is ideal for breakfast as we ate out a lot. Couldn't keep frozen food in the fridge, ie ice cubes, or ice lollies. There was a bit of noise from the court yard at the back, but this was to be expected as it was enclosed. The area itself is quiet in the old town. We had a one bedroomed apartment, for 8 nights, and we would definitely go back, so don't be put off by these small items.

- the location is great, about 4 minutes walking to the beach/supermarkets/restaurants, so its very central - if you have troubles walking, there is a special location at the beach for the disabled people, which was perfect for my mom - the check in is till approx. 16h to get your keys personally, if you arrive later you get a mobile access through an application - there is an elevator in the building - the apartment has everything you need - a possibility to leave your luggage after checking out in case you have a flight in the evening and taking a shower as well to wash the sea water away - The staff is really great, always with a smile and ready to help you! Thank you for your amazing job!

We only had some problems with wifi, the staff tried to help us by offering an extra booster. Unfortunately, it didnt solve the problem but we appreciated that the staff was searching for a solution. Despite the wifi, we would definitely book again there in case of visiting Benidorm.

Good location, very clean and contemporary, very friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.

No tea towels to dry pots cutlery and no drainer which makes washing up a bit difficult.
