Great location. Our room was on third floor and had a fantastic wrap around balcony. Great size, fantastic views. Clean and fresh when we arrived early.

Some staff not overly friendly at all, but hey, they work non stop. Reception staff were good and always a friendly hello from the cleaners. We were here for the Spanish festival, and we know that it is noisy, however, the noise at this hotel from outside is at another level! Didn’t bother is at all, but be aware if you like to moan about noise! Breakfast was basic but sufficient (we only went twice). Not many other Brits, but this was a bonus for us! We would stay here again for certain.

Our balcony was great, with 2 sunbeds and looking out to sea. Bed in room was lovely a comfy. Location was spot on.

Staff not very friendly at all. Man at reception ignored us for ages and just stared at his PC. Lady at breakfast was rather rude a couple of times. Staff never had a smile on their faces, which was such a shame. Floor in our room was really dirty when we arrived. The position of the towel rack over the bath meant it was really easy to keep banging your head.

The location was superb, right at the midway point of the two long beaches of Benidorm and also has a taxi rank just outside the door. The car park next door was very convenient too. The breakfast was the practical continental style but adequate. The room was well insulated and we were not disturbed at all by external or internal noise. The hotel bar on the ground floor has inside and outside areas and is a great place to have a drink in the morning sunshine looking out to sea. Our terrace had comfortable chairs and table and was ideal for a rest in the afternoon shade. Certainly a hotel that I would use again!

It is always nice to have fresh fruit and recently squeezed juice for breakfast as well as fresh coffee. I could have enjoyed a wider choice of breads, maybe with different cereals and seeds. Though there is a bar on the street level, it is always nice to be able to make a coffee or tea in your room.

The property is very central and was very clean. The staff were very friendly. Check in was easy and our room available when we arrived and we were put next door to each other as we booked 2 rooms which was ideal. The rooms were very spacious and a great balcony to sit on. The morning breakfast was great too my 2 children really enjoyed it.

The hotel does have building work going on which is a little noisy. But I’m all fairness the hotel was just a base as we spend most of our time out and about

Really helpful staff nothing was too much trouble, loved that it was a more mature clientele0 I had put in a request to the hotel asking to be on the top floor & was so pleased that they accommodated my request Hotel is in a great location, a stones throw from the beach right in the heart of the old town

As hotels gos there's not much you could found falt with.

the hotel is at the very centre of the places we want to go, walking distance to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and local market. I like the size of our room, spacious enough for the 3 of us, the bed is very comfortable, toilet/shower room is also spacious.

the only downside is...our room's balcony was blocked with the other side of the building or hotel. We can not tell if the sun rises as the natural light can't get through due to blockage.

The dining room was very under staffed. The dining room staff were under pressure all the time as there were only 2 on at any time .. no tea making facilities. In rooms Also, paying £14 for the use of the safe was expensive. It was also a very noisy hotel with furniture being moved very early in the morning. .

Hotel was really nice, beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless and cleaned everyday.Staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was OK but was included in the price . Location was excellent, right on the beach and beside all the bars and restaurants

Maybe a bit of variety on the breakfast but it's not a complaint

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Check-in was simple and speedy. Room was spotlessly clean and smelt fresh and airy. Bedding was crisp , fresh and comfortable. Location was excellent for old town. Breakfast was great with more than enough choice. But I was exceptionally happy with the waiter who went over and above to cater for my gluten free requirements. . Will definitely recommend and return.

the location is perfect, across the road from a lovely beach, so could pop back for lunch. right at the start of the ‘old town’ so little noise, but in close vicinity to shops/bars/restaurants breakfast was good… it had the things I needed… I choose half board …. I could choose between lunch or dinner… both where ‘adequate’ and value for money for the price paid… however, I would suggest you focus more on quality… than quantity… both meals were 3/4 courses… less food, higher quality please…(stop using tinned veg 😐 ) and add the price of the water onto the room - annoying to pay for the water daily… that said I paid an additional 40 Euro extra for lunch or dinner - for the week - so cannot complain

the inside room was nice, and I knew it was an inside room when I booked..but 1 week is too long in such a room. I would not book this option again.
