Paid extra for a sea view with balcony which was nice, the room was large ad comfortable, two single beds in the bedroom which were very nice, slept like a log and the settee converted into a double bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was excellent couldn't be any better, the cafe owned by the hotel was brilliant, we had breakfast every day and the value for money and quality of food were second to none, highly recommend and will definitely revisit next time we're in Benidrom

We think because it was New Year's Eve, New Year's day, then a Sunday followed by a Bank holiday Monday that we didn't receive any room service, no cleaning, beds, towels, etc. had to ask at reception for toilet roll

This hotel is always spotlessly clean, we have stayed here before and the staff are always polite and helpful, location is perfect for the old town, Poniente beach and facilities. It has free wi-fi and tv. They do not have parking facilities but the Mercadona car park is just round the corner and is fine for as long as you want it. You just pay when you leave which is a reasonable daily rate so no problem. Milords also have a great restaurant/ bar which provide a wide range of food, lunches ,breakfasts etc and the coffee is great too!. The staff there are really polite and do a good job, our english breakfast was superb and a good price. All in all Milords is a fine , fine hotel for your stay in Benidorm, For my wife and myself we give 10 out of 10! Thank you all very much for making us welcome. Regards Carol and David.

Clean apartment right on the beach and in the Old Town so perfect for exploring. Staff were friendly.

For two people the room was perfect but as we were three, we were also using the sofa bed. Although we booked for three, we had to set up the sofa bed ourselves which wasn't very easy and when it was extended it took up the whole living room so we had to move the dining table and chairs flat against the wall to leave space to walk past the bed.

We were able to check in early as the room was ready. The location is by far the best to access the beach and the old town, shopping etc. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with plenty of amenities. The price was great given the location etc and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good priced aparthotel near the beach.

Absolutely nothing really other than i could have done with an extra pillow. Spanish hotels are never pillow friendly generally and always seem to have pillows with a depth of a pancake. I'm sure had i asked i would have been given one but i didn't.

Location and staff at reception were excellent.

No view from windows only white walls and no balcony. We searched for the tv. It was so tiny and up in the corner of the room. At nearly £600 for 7 nights we thought it was very expensive for no view or balcony but the location was great.

I made the booking for friends and my comments reflect what they have told me. The room was good and reasonably sized. Good points were a full cooker and a TV capable of receiving some British channels including BBC.

As the trip was in February the room was sometimes a little cold. The air con unit didn't seem to produce enough heat. Sometimes late at night it was difficult to attract attention of reception to open the main door in order to gain entry.

We’ve stayed here a few times and it doesn’t disappoint. Staff are lovely and very helpful. The location is brilliant with great access to the beach and public transport. The rooms are a really good size. This time there was three of us so had to use the sofa bed and it was comfy much more than we expected. Would recommend it every time.

There really isn’t anything I don’t like about this place. If I was picky I’d say the doors could have soft closers on them.

Location. On the edge of old town and next to the beach. In the middle of everything.

I loved it. I love the beach and seawater. My teenage daughter missed having a pool.

Central location in old town easy walking distance to beach,bars and restaurants.

If I could possibly say anything,maybe to have a room with a view instead of an inward courtyard.

3rd time at the Milords Suites. Fantastic place, great location in the old town. Food and facilities perfect. Staff very very helpful as always
