Excellent Hotel. Spotlessly clean. The best buffet breakfast I've seen and had even in 4*star hotels. Food was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'd like to say a special thank you to Sylvia and Katyia at Reception who were always very helpful if you needed anything. Very reasonably priced Hotel. We stayed there for a week and really enjoyed it. A lovely large swimming pool but a bit cold! The pool area was good with lots of sunbeds that wern't snapped up at 6 in the morning! There was a bar near the pool that did burgers and pizza, chips etc. I don't usually eat burgers but I had one there and it was lovely. A lovely hotel.

As retired people, we didn't realise that the Hotel was in the centre of the Strip where all the bars and clubs were. The location was VERY noisy, bars all around and open until 6-7am. We hardly had any sleep as there was a bar right opposite our room that didn't open until 2200! OK for young people but not retired unless you like that kind of thing! Only because of the location and that I'm retired, I'd choose a hotel in a quiter area next time.

The staff Happy and friendly nothing to much trouble prices were fair at the bar. Every where was clean, the rooms and beds were comfortable, overall very pleased with last minute choice. There were mixed ages of guest which made it more comfortable to stay there for us older ladies. The area was close but not too close to night life.

The silly irritating man in charge, in the breakfast room it was funny at first but he didn't stop saying happy happy happy may of been fun if there were children about, after 4 days I was so glad he had day off. and he was very rude to staff in front of us. No where to plug kettle in unless you put it on floor.

We have been coming to Benidorm for years & stayed at the Perla a few times. We stayed in a room over looking the pool and as always was clean, with towels changed everyday & bedding changed every other day. The breakfast is a buffet style with a huge selection of both continental and cooked food, it was delicious and just what you need to start your day. The pool is great with plenty of room to sunbathe and the pool bar serves drinks and snacks all day. The beach is a 5 minute walk and is also central to all the nightlife & 1 min walk from Cafe Benidorm

It is right in the heart of everything The staff are extremely helpful and so welcoming we go ever year and they will go out of their way to accommodate whatever we ask for Rooms are large and cleaned daily

Not something that the hotel can do anything about but The nightclub red dog opposite is open all night until early hours so if you have a room that side it can be quite hard to sleep as sometimes there can be trouble when people are leaving

I probably wouldn't use a different one in benidorm now. From the reception, bar, breakfast, cleaners. All work seamlessly as a team. Big shout out to Katya and Israel. Wish I was better with names. Place is spotless aswell. 10/10. You all do a fantastic job. Thank you for your hospitality. See you soon 😊

I didn't like that I didn't like anything. Was a perfect stay. All the staff are just brilliant 👏.

Getting charged for an alleged missing chair even though rooms had been checked and security deposit returned Having to pay for another key card even though it was inside room and only needed entry to retrieve

One rude lady recpecptions Nightclub that's open until until 7am directly opisite my room Being charged £3 to be let back in my room as we left the card in the electric power holder We noticed that the room next to us, the door was ajar for over 12 hours, we reported it to reception, their reply was its they're fault for not closing it behind them, it was still ajar for another few hours, not sure of the outcome

The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean, staff very friendly, helpful, and smiling with a special thank you to Katia and Silvia for their helpful and efficient service with a smile. The pool was cleaned daily and was nice and clean, and the location to the beach was only a 5-minute walk. Eating or drinking out was only a 2-minute walk away. And I do recommend a visit in the evening to The Western Bar albeit the other bars on that stretch of road also have live entertainment throughout the night.

The only thing I didn't like was no coffee in the room just a single tea bag milk n sugar.

The hotel was very clean. Rooms were very nice with tea/coffee. Shower area very nice. Staff were very pleasant. Excellent choice for breakfast. The hotel was ideally situated in the central area making pub area and old town an easy walk.

Just a suggestion that a top up of tea and coffee in rooms daily would be nice. The Hand gel bottles around the hotel were very dirty.

Hotel Perla a very nice place for short visit.Location great.Staff pleasant and pool beautiful.

No real UK channels on TV but not a major issue for 2 nights.Could have done with waste paper bin in bedroom area as well as bathroom .Wardrobe /cupboard space very limited but sufficed for 2 nights .Pressure in shower very poor at certain times.
