Nice apartment. Well lit and overall comfortable. Nice smart tv with streaming platforms less pleasant. Instructions from the host were clear, and communication was easy thought WhatsApp. It's close to the tram station which makes travelling to the city centre easy,

Floor was clean, but walls and some furniture showed some wear signs, as well as the sofa whose sews wore torn at some points. Defeats the purpose of using the nice tv. Although the tram is less then 5mins away within walking distance, if you have small kids might be more convenient a more central area. If you travel by car, parking out of hours might be tricky. Host should definitely try to make an agreement with underground parking nearby.

I was nervous based on reviews that I read after booking, but we had a good experience. The staff who checked us in was excellent. It was helpful to have a 2 bedroom space. It was clean and bright. It's quite close to the old part of town. I get what people were saying about safety, but it felt fine to me.

It does need air conditioning for summer. It was fine for us in September, but I wouldn't rent it in the summer months.

We had an overnight stop in Bilbao and needed an accomodation for us and our dog. The position allowed us to have a nice evening & morning walk (35 min. to Guggenheim along the beautiful river) We had lots of space with 2 bedrooms, livingroom and kitchen and a lovely balcony facing the river. The staff has been super friendly & flexible to unforseen late arrival, late check-out and additional last minute requests. Overall great value for a relative low price.

No air conditioning (which wasn't an issue for us, as it hasn't been super hot)

A beautiful apartment in a lovely will kept complex. Good bus connections to Bilbao city centre. A calm and very pleasant stay

It takes a little effort to use the online check in and check out process. At first I could not gain entry but once I telephoned someone was there within five minutes

The apartment was very well equipped and everything we needed was there. It was clean and comfortable.

The only downside was the noise from the traffic but luckily it quieted during the night. The steep hill up the apartment could be difficult for anyone who is not mobile

The location and cooking facilities

Guests on the floor above were very noisy, I couldn't sleep because of the noise, I asked for a late check-out so I could rest more but was declined.

Cosy appartment, wonderful view, private parking. Good location.

Check in was a bit slow as had to call for staff and wait until they arrive. No one answered whe we pressed the 'call reception button'' on the door and we had to use our phone to join them. Otherwise all was fine.

Great facilities and lovely friendly, helpful staff. Loved the location but it's a bit hilly so maybe not for anyone with mobility issues. Apartment v comfortable. Varying degrees of comfort in mattresses!! Overall would recommend.

Deducted points for abysmal shower. My mattress wasn't great but my friend had a memory foam!

The owner knew how to give people a warm welcome. The location was on a 10 minute walk to the old centre. The appartment was spacious and clean. And the parking was nice to have that secured under the appartment.

Everything was great. Hard to find parking around. But it’s possible. Nice huge apartments with 2 bedroom. All necessary for cooking there is. Lots of towels. White sheets and pillows

A little dirt at bathroom. But in general ok
