Gorgeous hotel with beautiful gardens and pool area, located right in the middle of the mountains. . I love the whole laid back vibe, yet the hotel is also very impressive. It has a real luxury vibe (Think White Lotus without anyone passing away haha) Absolutely gorgeous hotel and the staff were so lovely too. I will be coming back :)

Nothing! It was perfect

This place is a glorious retreat from the hustle and bustle of Mallorca nestled in the base of the mountains! It is so close to all of the charming mountain villages and costal towns that are worth visiting on the west/north coast of the island. The daily breakfast is delicious and generous. We stayed in one evening for dinner on the outdoor and were very impressed with the meal and the romantic atmosphere. The pool is clean, quiet and surrounded by a beautiful garden and scenery. Beatrice was extremely accommodating and helpful. She took the time to suggest lots of local beaches and towns to visit. She also helped us make a dinner reservation because our international SIM cards din't allow calls. All of the other staff we encountered were great as well. I honestly didn't want to leave! If I am ever lucky enough to return to Mallorca I would love to stay here again. I went with my husband alone but this would be perfect for a family or friend gathering as well. This place feels like pure luxury at a fair price. Worth every penny!!

The place was a haven of paradise on a very busy Island. We had a beautiful spacious room with a roof terrace, with phenomenal views across the countryside. Everywhere was beautifully and simply designed to give a sense of space and relaxation. Staff were super welcoming and friendly, communication from the get go was clear and concise, we arrived to late for the pre booked dinner so the hotel called ahead to book us a table at a fabulous local restaurant. All in all we had such a great stay we tried to book again for the following week but unfortunately it was full. Suffice to say we will be going back!

There was nothing I did not like.

The accommodation is in an exceptionally beautiful and peaceful area, and also close to many main tourist attractions. The road up to the venue sets the tone for a country experience, and was easily drivable. Loved having goats and olive trees all around. The best breakfasts I have ever had, amazing. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, which is a gorgeous free-standing building. Clean. Could not have asked for more.

The hotel was perfect - such a beautiful place and very tranquil. The pool was loved by the children and us and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel staff were very friendly as well. We also especially enjoyed the dinner that was arranged on two of the nights in the gardens.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The road up to the hotel is incredibly bumpy but this only makes you enjoy the view and horses more, so still a win!

The location of this place is amazing and it took us about 25 minutes from picking the car up at the airport to arriving at the hotel. We were greeted by Ryan who was so lovely and welcoming and showed us around the hotel. It is quite breathtaking when you first see it. From the iron gates at the bottom of the drive to the rolling hills that sweep behind the rooms, it really is the perfect get away. The breakfast is excellent and quite the spread. Again, you are greeted with such warmth every morning by all staff and you are served a wonderful range of homemade breakfast items that really set you up for a day of exploring the island. The pool was fabulous and so relaxing set amongst the trees and the view was amazing. We had a terrace outside of our room where we could relax at the end of a day and we got to listen to all the sheep and goats that surround the property. We only checked out this morning and we have told our friends and family to stay here! It’s close to Valedemossa and Deia as well as Sóller. Perfect location and perfect accommodation!

We did some research before booking to stay here and there was a lot of comments regarding the road up to the hotel and we thought it was absolutely fine. Our experience was great, we made sure we booked a small SUV that could handle a bumpy road and honestly it wasn’t a problem. The drive up to the hotel is actually quite lovely as you’re surrounded by horses in a riding school at the bottom of the lane and it’s such a short drive. If you rent a small SUV like a Ford Puma, you will not have an issue at all :)

Lovely location with almond blossom orchards in the grounds (I had come to photograph the blossom). Friendly and helpful staff. Truly fantastic breakfasts. Room had big bathroom and upstairs lounge area and a terrace with view over the orchards.

No evening meals served most days, and a drive away from any cafes, shops and restaurants. No kettle or coffee making facilities in the room. Had to walk outside to very dark communal lounge area to get any drinks. No food/snacks. Dark bedroom with dim lighting and no mirror anywhere except in bathroom.

the absolute most amazing place I have ever stayed at! the place looks like it came out of a dream! made me feel like I was in a Disney princess movie! everything about it was amazing! the hotel is absolutely beautiful! the staff is amazing and very accommodating to your every need and the breakfast was delicious! I almost didn’t want to go out everyday and stay at the hotel! if you are in Mallorca it is a must! The Asian man Ryan is very kind and friendly and accommodating. Recommendable!!!

The last 300 meters to get to the property are really stoney and bad.

The food, location, staff, and property were all fantastic. The terrace from our bedroom leading to the mountains was very special. The hotel is located between several hill and mountain trails, and our terrace led to a great spot for intermediate rock climbing! The location was great for getting around the island, and very easy to access from Palma airport.

To no fault of the hotel staff, the wasps at breakfast were very annoying and made picking up some pieces of food difficult. We also had to leave some of our food because the wasps were eating it and getting stuck in it. But this is testament to how close we were to nature!
