A tranquil location, even in the height of summer. Hardworking and friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. Lovely and filling tapas breakfast with cereals, toast, and omelette/scrambled egg all beautifully made and presented by the small team of staff (and continuously topped up). The tapas treats changed each day. Fresh orange juice, tea, or coffee was delicious. Very comfortable mattress in a spacious room. The air conditioning was a blessing. The honesty bar is a lovely touch. This accommodation is more like an up market guest house than a hotel as it is such a peaceful and relaxed place to stay without a hint of being commercial. Thank you for a wonderful stay. It felt such an authentic Mallorcan experience.

The mattress was extremely comfortable, but the pillows could have been softer.

What an absolute gem of a find. Beautiful farmhouse with tranquil gardens where there’s always a quiet space to read a book or take in the incredible views. Breakfast was a small buffet with everything from cereal to fruit and yogurt and I’m going to miss my omelettes! The hotel bedrooms were gorgeous, spotlessly clean with super comfy beds and a quiet patio. We were in Dahlia the modern bungalow annex but it’s been converted beautifully. Huge thanks to the family and staff here, they really go out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable stay. Service was fantastic. It’s a short walk into Valldemossa, the most beautiful town with plenty of places to eat each night. I will miss the cats. They really made the holiday!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. You either have the option to have your breakfast inside or outside, we opted for the second one and it did not disappoint. They also have a pool where you can have a plunge to cool off, beach chairs are also there. Our room was cleaned every day and we received new towels and our bed was made. I stayed for 3 nights and wish I could've stayed longer. This hotel really made our stay memorable!

The room that we booked looked a big bigger in the pictures and the bathtub too. But it was not an issue for us. Everything else was good.

Beautiful hotel with interesting rooms, wonderful views and a short walk to the town. Breakfast is a buffet (with eggs if they tell you about it in time) with everything very fresh and a good selection. Nice coffee! We had a Junior Suite and I slept on a sofa bed, which was very, very comfortable.Staff are very friendly and helpful. Gardens are beautiful (although I was woken very early by the cockerel) and well cared for. As is the hotel - rooms and surroundings are spotless.

Just a little more comfort and it would be perfect. e.g. tissues in the bathroom and a better selection of toiletries please.

We stayed in the superior double and enjoyed an utterly fabulous view of Valldemossa and the surroundings, all day sun on our private patio, exceptional space and set up in our room. The hotel itself was glorious - garden lovers, delight! So lovely to explore and the team there were so friendly, too. so easy to access Valldemossa and surrounding hike territory, too.

With an honesty bar set up, we had to chase a few times for ice to cool our wine. Really minor call out!

A charming and friendly hotel. Small and comfortable in a fabulous location, with the centre Valldemossa just a ten minute walk away. The staff were most helpful and any request was dealt with promptly and courteously. Enzo, in particular, was extremely helpful in every respect. Breakfast was plentiful and freshly available each morning.

The area around the pool is made of rough stone and needs to be navigated with care.

I loved the beautiful property and all the beautiful gardens and animals. My room was very comfortable and cozy.

Really the only suggestions I have are that breakfast wasn’t great. I feel there could have been more “market” choices of fresher fruit selections, and less grocery markets purchases of meats, pastries and breads. Durning my stay on the island I stayed at 5 other very similar places. A few of these Fincas shopped at the weekly markets for truly fresh foods to offer guests, it was refreshing and nice to experience. Also, I would recommend choosing a non-scented washing laundry detergent. The scented laundry soap was very irritating to the senses. I am very sensitive to artificial scents, and for this reason find it difficult to stay at places that are not aware of how these products are so dangerous.

the property was very pretty and a 1 minute walk to beautiful Valdemossa. the bed, linens, towels were great. The A/C was cold and good. The bathroom had a lot of space as well as, the room.

We weren’t fans of the shower pressure. Our other hotels had had rain showers with a lot of pressure whereas this was weak. There was also a lot of bees during breakfast in the pretty garden. Although breakfast was very large, I would rather have better quality croissants and pastries etc. Quality over quantity. We also felt upon our arrival there was a mixup with the room keys left. Luckily, the room wasn’t locked and we went in and unpacked but, wasn’t sure that was even our room. No one answered our email we sent upon arrival. It was only an hour lady that we accidentally ran into a woman who then tried to figure out the key situation. I feel when you’re paying and a guest, someone needs to be there for a greeting.

We loved our stay at Sa Vall so much that we went back the following week, then extended twice! There’s something so special and enchanting about this property - every day felt waking up in a Spanish countryside movie. It has so much character, the lushest surroundings, the sweetest resident cats, countless nooks to relax and appreciate the views, and is so peaceful and spacious. I loved that the property is a little rugged (which does not detract from its gorgeousness) and isn't overly 'manicured' - felt like a much more authentic experience. Breakfast is super fresh, plentiful, and made with love. Rooms were very comfy and super clean, A/C worked well, all the amenities we needed, the bed was one of the comfiest we’ve had in 6 weeks. Having a bar fridge was also super helpful considering that shops & restaurants are a 10 min walk away. 10/10, will definitely be back! Thank you so much, Sa Vall!

Pillows could have been better, but we’ve also had issues with nearly all the pillows in Spain 😂

Staff at the hotel were lovely. Nothing was too much of a problem. Perfect location and only 5 minute walk to village.Quaint peaceful little hotel.I would love to return but will book different accommodation. Breakfast was lovely. Fresh fruit, local delicacies.

We had a standard room which I found a bit disappointing as picture on website completely different.- found really dark and dingy. In future will book a different room. Exceptional weather when we visited and no air conditioning. The hotel however provided a mobile unit. The manager informed us they have plans to put air conditioning in all rooms.
