That they had spent money on the important things, like wonderfully comfortable bed, excellent sanitary ware, shower etc. great fans to keep cool, really helpful, warm staff, felt as though nothing would be too much trouble if it helped us. Liked the comfortable sofas in the living area and the choice of tables inside or out for breakfast. Great idea to have a trust bar so we could access drinks at any time. Good car parking ticket arrangement, that was really helpful.

Missed having a croissant at breakfast! Not keen on their bread I’m afraid! They really need to have a clear sign with the name of the hotel displayed visible from the street below as we had REAL difficulty finding it, only possible because of the helpful people we met along the way and finally by a resident spotting us in the street below and telling us we had arrived!!!! We were not the only ones who had this problem!

We really liked our stay. We booked the room at the last moment, not even an hour before we came to the hotel but we were still able to check-in by ourselves and without any problems. The location is very good and the room had an amazing view. The breakfast was big and tasty, we were both full. Hope we can go back here some day.

It was okay for us but you should know that the bathroom is separated by a transparent glass so there is no wall with door. You may find it imporant if you're travelling with a new partner or collegue.

Amazing stay. The staff was very attentive the breakfast was healthy, local and delicious. The beds were comfortable. We went during the heat wave and even if the units do not have AA the place was fresh and well ventilated. The location is perfect and the public parking had always available places (also is free the whole night) the town is perfect to stay on “the real Mallorca country side” but is close enough to Palma

The bedroom door is difficult to close. Not a big issue at all but we have so funny experiences thanks to it.

the hotel is pleasantly located in a well-renovated old mansion in the center of Valldemossa, in a street just off the mainstreet and next to the Cartoixa monastery where the Polish/French composer/pianist Frédéric Chopin spent the winter of 1838-1839 with his 'meaningful other' the popular writer George Sand and her two children Maurice and Solange. The reception area and café/breakfast room is located on the ground floor and the quite ample rooms on the rooms above. The hotel has a locker room to store bicycles.

the hotel provides all that can be expected in this category in terms of bedding, toiletries, cleanliness, views, space and equipment. It provides for a pleasant sojourn of a couple of days in Valledemossa and surroundings.

The hotel was perfect in term of design. The room was really nice. From window there was an incredible view! The staff was really kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good also.

Parking isn’t available close to the hotel, you have to ask ticket to entry in the pedestrian area to drop in and drop off baggage. We did but actually wasn’t impossibile to entry because there was an event. The attic room was really hot, there is not air conditioning. There was not laundry service other than indicated. There was not luggage storage service, finally they did but after special request to the responsible (never happens to me before). At the check out we payed the bill with bar service and others but without details, we have been payed a number wrote in a small post-it… when I asked details they didn’t know. (never happen to me neither).

Location is superb. The breakfast choice was excellent and exceptional for Spain, they even had Soya milk. Once we had complained about the absolute heat in our room 3 under the roof (over 30 degrees) we could move to the ground floor where it was cooler. We had not read that there is no a/c.

When we arrived no one was there. The phone number noted on the letter box did not work. We reappeared at 17.30h where a guest let us in. Still hours later we had not received any check-in information. Don't miss informing upfront when you arrive - otherwise you will be stranded.

Splendid location in a green mountainy area. The room is exactly as shown in the picture if not better. Comfortable, elegant and warm. EPIC shower. Tasty breakfast and wonderful staff at the reception in the morning.

The automatic check-in should be improved: if nobody is at the reception to open the gate, entrance code should be sent via email instead of forcing guests to wait and call the owner. Then the fully self-made check-in makes you feel like you work for the place. Finally and most importantly, every time you get in our out there is a door and a gate to open with keys - it's not Fort Knox... access policy might be relaxed a tiny bit.

Lovely, super clean, perfectly located hotel in the center of Valdemossa. Gorgeous views out of our room looking out over the city. Breakfast in the morning was generous and kept us going through the day. “Honest bar” was a great option to have when a rainy afternoon kept us in for a few hours. Highly recommend for a lovely stay in Valdemossa.

I superlove this hotel. We stayed here for 1 night only (on May 1. 2022) as we have to go back to Palma the next day and how 8 wish we could stay longer. The view from our room is amazing especially during sunrise (see photo) . Staff and owner are really friendly and helpful. Fast response on any questions from the owner via Messenger and Whatsapp.. very very very helpful and breakfast is superb! highly recommended and would definitely come back amd stay here next time 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable bed. Amazing view of the village. Very big shower. Comfortable armchair. Excellent breakfast. City centre. Decoration of the hotel is beautiful, cozy, romantic, and peaceful.

There is no elevador. Accesibility is quite hard. The entrance works with a lock. But once inside, it's amazing.
