Everything was at a high standard from the moment we arrived to when we left. The staff are highly professional and friendly. They work extremely hard to make sure that your experience at the hotel is positive. I liked how the general manager was visible and checked in with staff. The amenities were of a high standard and we loved the pool. The bars were excellent and the bar staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Our room was of a very high standard and very clean. The towels and toiletries were high quality. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel in Spain and the variety was exceptional. All in all, an outstanding experience! Will definitely go back!

Great place for a stopover in Caceres. Easily accessible from the motorway but also walking distance from the city centre (20 minutes or so). Payable underground parking or plenty of free parking around the outside of the hotel. The pool area is great and perfect after a day out exploring. Breakfast was great too - not included in the room price but good value at 11 euros per person.

The restaurant doesn't open until 8.30 in the evening so it would be good to have some lighter snack options available beforehand, particularly for families with children who have an earlier bedtime. Otherwise it's a case of going out to look for other options. Luckily McDonalds was available nearby!

The hotel is clean, new and has a nice pool. The front desk lady was very nice and happy to give us an early check-in.

One of the tall front desk staff manager did not seen friendly or helpful at all. Our key did not work and we needed to exchange exchange both keys. She was unwilling to give my husband both keys and made us replace the 2nd key only when we bring back the other key that I had in my room. The problem is that there is always a line. Also the location is at least 35 minutes from the old town.

The staff on the reception were very helpful in sorting out an alternative room when we realised the upgraded on they allocated had a double bed rather than the twin beds requested for my son and I. I did feel the parking was a bit expensive, @ Euros 17, but EV charging was available without charge so that compensated. We were late for lunch but they still served us and accommodating in the evening. The food was really good and decent value. The location was really convenient for us as we were travelling across the country.

Only the cost of the parking as mentioned above. Other than that no complaints.

Our room, the pool, the pool-side restaurant, the friendly staff and the good value. The location is an easy walk into town through pleasant streets with a number of cafes, bars and restaurants. Caceres has a great historic area, too.

The air-con in the room was very effective, but could not be adjusted. This combined with the fact that the bed linen included only a light top sheet meant that we both felt slightly cold during the night.

The room & breakfast was exceptional & really enjoyed using the pool.

Evening meal Aberdeen Angus Steak was very Rare, when asked for it to be cooked Medium, Sent back & the steak was sliced into pieces & was still Rare, the potatoes & 2 cherry tomatoes were stone cold. Very reluctant to send back a second time, as my husband had nearly eaten his meal, he had the Burger which was very good. Very Very disappointed, in my steak especially as it was one of the more expensive choices on the menu. When paying our bill, it was explained about the steak meal, No discount offered, which is the least we could have expected. We are staying again in November hope the meal is better. My choice would have been the Iberican Pork ( Pluma) but unfortunately it had all gone, they had the Guarda Police staying on the same night, think the must have chosen the Pluma.

Hotel was very clean and tidy. Food was great. Housekeeping and Pool staff were very friendly and polite.

Guest Facing Staff were poor. If they didn’t take a liking to you they just ignored you. One evening it took 30 minutes to order drinks as the bartender served several other customers during taking my order and telling me to wait. Pool Bar not stocked properly as staff constantly walking back to main bar and disappearing for 10 minutes to get one glass. They don’t make eye contact with customers and just ignore you. You had to keep checking for incorrect charges on your bill. Check out staff unfriendly and basically threw my bill at me. Did not thank me for staying. Also the Inside Restaurant where it was cooler was closed in the evening.

Very modern common areas with a spectacular decoration. Restaurants with high quality food at dinner and lunch. Big swimming pool with green areas that can be used to find some shade and relaxing moments.

Communication problems between the reception staff and the cleaning teams. It was hard to solve some problems with the bedding due to this communication faults. Bed linen and pillows with dirty marks in an allegedly 100% clean room. No blanket and/or duvet available in the room. It was necessary to ask two times in the reception to have one duvet in the bed.

Very easy access from the N66. Modern hotel. Airy room with small balcony and great fixtures, especially brilliant shower. Welcoming friendly staff. The best breakfast I can remember in a hotel with huge choice.

Very little we did not like. The pool was closed from 1st October- huge pity as the temperature during our stay in Caceres was 30˚C at least and a swim would have ben great. The gym was well above average for a hotel but there was no air conditioning which was a problem in the extreme heat.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of choice. Room and bathroom were very clean and modern. Great rain shower!

No access to the outside sitting area to have a drink. Only access is to the pool and garden but no seating or tables! This could be due to the time of year, but as it was actually very sunny and warm, it was disappointing. The location around the hotel was quite boring.
