location! You wont regret staying here. Excellent location, service, breakfast was very very good! Beds very comfortable and terrace on the room a +.Will NOT hesitate to stay here again. Cost / benefit one of the best places to stay in the area!

Hotel parking via car elevator and parking are challenging but doable- if big car - try a different place! Car parking is next to hotel but need access and on special events some roads are closed so access to the hotel will be challenging!

Central location if you are visiting Caceres. Breakfast was good, paid parking available on premises. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean and appeared to have had been recently refurbished.

The underground parking garage is accessible via a relatively compact vehicle elevator, that may be a tight fit if you have a large vehicle. Some of the room fittings were a little tired, could do with a refresh.

The location is great, very close to the main plaza and old town. Also a car park is about 100M away which is important as parking in the centre of Caseres is difficult.

Because of the location most rooms back onto a courtyard which makes them a bit dark. However the price for the location makes up for that.

Location- excellent location- within walking distance of all main historic sites. Main staff- "Adrian" very friendly and helpful. The rooms with terrace are definitely a +.

Driving to the site on special events is challenging with all closed roads. Access to the parking on site- requires good driving skills as parking is via car elevator and going in/out of parking lot challenging for any car -specially SUV's.

the room was big, the bathroom as well quite big, the terrace was a nice thing to have. unfortunately it was quite cold and rainy when we stayed however in summer it is a good place to take a sunbath. the breakfast was a also very good and with a good selection of food. the waiters in the restaurant were very kind and professional.

The furniture on the terrace needs some maintaining, the hotel room seems to need a bit of a refresh.

There were decent breakfast options. The location is great, very close to the old city. The terrace has a great view. The staff was helpful and polite. The room was clean comfortable, as well as the bathroom.

Everything was ok.

Quiet yet central hotel, more than decent room size and spotlessly clean. Good breakfast, although few healthy options other than fruits and bread - no muesli, vegetable milk... Breakfast was, however, well organized and serviced. Kind staff. Comfortable room, with attention to detail - bedside reading lamps, for instance.

Beware, the sights of the old town are from a common terrace - suites face the oposite side. Our suite had doors to the roof were all the pipes are situated, and the noise was felt in the room even with the doors fully closed.

Staff were helpful and room was comfortable. Enjoyed the roof terrace.

On exiting the underground parking the lift would not work. This was quite stressful but staff dealt quickly with the problem.

Very good location, a couple of minutes walk from main square. We travel by motorbike, the hotel has its own garage. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable queen size bed.

Very well located next to the old town and the Plaza Mayor, a warm welcome by the friendly staff, underground parking space, a very big, comfy room with a jacuzzi in the bathroom, and a more than complete breakfast buffet..
