Perfect location near the port, dining, old town sightseeing, the beach, and the cathedral. The room was very modern and clean, with a large, comfortable bed and plenty of room in the shower (detachable shower head + an excellent rainfall shower head). There was a mini fridge with snack and drink items for purchase if you needed them, but also space to refrigerate your own items. Plenty of lighting options to set any kind of mood. Balcony with side views of a church and the Atlantic Ocean. Best of all were the staff - we asked for a lot and they never said "no." We asked for a blanket at 1am - boom. We asked to store our ridiculous number of bags for a few hours - no problem. We asked to put our freezer packs in their freezer so my husband's insulin would stay cold in his cooler the following day when we left - no problem. A million percent I would recommend the Dormos to anyone just based on the staff alone. Thank you!!

We booked the most attractive room of this hotel, at the 3rd floor, with a large terrace and a small pool. I can say that this was one of the very best hotel stays of my not even short life, also compared to most 4* hotels. This room is really singular - the view great, the hotel situatef ideally between the train station, the beach and the historical center, all within a couple of minutes walking distance.

There is only little space for stowing your belongings. In the bathroom, 1 - 2 additional hooks would be useful to place towels etc. There is no breakfast option (however plenty of cafés in the neighbourhood, from which the Café de Ana - recommended by the hosts - is really a great, kitschy experience with very interesting brunch plates). The other rooms on the lower floors may not have the most attractive outlook, but will be as modern and clean as our panoramic room.

The hotel is located in a very good spot: close to the train station and the city centre. The bed was comfortable, the room was a good size and clean, the bed very comfortable.

- The shower had a water drain problem. - Also, the door frame and the walls of the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. - A USB socket next to the bed wasn't working properly. - The biggest problem was the noise: the building is close to the main road. We had to close the balcony door to be able to sleep. Good there was a good supply of fresh air into the room! The other source of noise was the corridor/hall. Our room was right next to the elevator. I closed the door that led to our block, but someone opened it at night and we could hear all the lift noises and conversations. - I was a bit confused by the hotel description: it said there were a pool and a patio, but they turned out to be private....

Its in the center and its close to everything. The rooms has a nice size and its very clean. The staff is very helpful and theyll help you out with any request you might have. It has a bar so you can get everything you need. Internet is also good and the price is more then fair. If you are staying in Cadiz i recommend this hotel

It doesnt have parking which is problematic. There is a garage close by but youll have to pay 17.50€ per day. Dont use the blue parking because youll need to pay for it phisicaly every 2-3h. If you are comming with a car that might be a problem for you.

We found a local café close by where we breakfasted with the locals. We also decided to upgrade our room so that we could enjoy having a terrace and the little pool. The hotel is located in the old part of Cadiz which made visiting the attraction a joy.

The lack of catering at the hotel especially breakfasts was disappointing. The balconies are really very small and if you are staying for more than a couple of nights you will want to upgrade.

Room is very beautiful, completely renovated, modern and tastefully furnished. Although our room was very small, two people with luggage can hardly walk around in the room, but it is still cute and we were comfortable. The bathroom was nice with all the necessary things. The bed was very comfortable. There isn't closet in room, just hanger for clothes. There is full minibar in room. The room had a view of the city streets and on the side there was a view of the sea. The air conditioning is very good. The location is excellent, in the old center of Cadiz. The hotel does not have a parking lot, but it is possible to find a free parking lot in the street near the hotel. I am impressed with the hotel.

There could be water heater in room for making coffee. Hotel doesn't have breakfast (we knew that, but i just mentioned what would be better)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and with a nice view. The location was good, very close to all main attractions.

1) Wifi never worked in our room. The staff tried fixing it but it never worked. Appreciate the attempt to fix it but based on previous reviews it looks like an ongoing issue. 2) There is no kettle or coffee machine in the room. This is a big inconvenience. You can get it at the receptionist area but for that you have to go downstairs. A cup of tea costs 1.5€ there.

After having stayed in historical hotels in northern Morocco for 14 days, it was nice to come to a modern hotel, where everything worked without a problem. I think the bed was the best one I have slept in, ever. The staff in the reception was wonderfully pleasant, and answered all our questions gracefully. We had a late bus ride to Faro, Portugal, at 21:30, and were able to leave our luggage in the reception area.

I have no complaints whatsoever.

We had a nice room. The online description said it had a king bed and two twin beds, but I think this was a mistranslation, as it only had a king bed. The rooftop pool included with our room was hot-tub sized, but a nice addition. We liked the rooftop views from our room as well. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the hotel before checkin and after checkout. Maybe a 20 minute walk from the beach, and 10 minute walk to the district with lots of restaurants and markets.

The lobby was not air conditioned.

The hotel was perfect for exploring Cadiz, it’s modern, clean & bright. Breakfast is not included but it’s an easy walk to cafes serving breakfast. The staff were pleasant & helpful.Parking is away from the hotel ( you can unload outside the door) & is about a ten minute walk away & is approximately 18 euros per day.

Because the hotel is so central it can be noisy during the night so it’s best to sleep with the windows closed & maybe use the air-conditioning.
