In the absolute center of the hystoric town All attractions were within a 15-minute walking range. Couldn' be better. Plenty of restaurants within 1 to 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel Very friendly and helpfull staff Room was quiet and clean & bed was excellent Small fridge in the room where I could cool my water and beer.

At night the room was warm and the aiconditioner control unit seemed overridden by a central system. (Resolved by opening the window at night) The single chair wasn't too comfortable for me. That was not really an issue for me as I spent most of the day and evening in town. I only returned for a good night sleep and for small sanitary breaks during the day.

The staff is amazing, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The place itself has a lot of nice facilities, like luggage storage and coworking space. The location is fantastic, you are right in the middle of the historic center. Bed was comfortable, water pressure was very good and the shower was fantastic.

There was a pretty bad smell in the room when we got there, we had to leave windows open for about one hour to change the air. The bathroom could have been cleaner, there were some dark hair fibres on the floor when we got there. The shower door doesn't have a handle on the inside, you can only grab the door from the top and open it to leave the shower (which is frustrating). The most annoying thing is that you don't have any chairs or table in the room, therefore no place for luggage or clothes. There is a small wardrobe which was full once we put the bet cover and extra pillows there. You need at least a chair placed there, it's very empty. Gave rating of 9 for the nice staff, otherwise it should be 8.

The location is central in old Cadiz. It is within walking distance to the market and the cathedral and other museums and attractions. Very close to the train station if you want to take a short ride to Jerez de la Frontera or other Cadiz destinations. If you get by taxi be aware, the taxi will not be able to enter the old city but leave you a short distance walk to the hotel. It is doable. The staff was amazing, they were warm and courteous and helped us with many of our questions. Kudos to Irene. The rooms were super comfy, ours had a balcony. Despite the location within a busy street, it was noise-free and very safe.

The property was very clean, simply but beautifully decorated, there was some common areas and they had just finished the rooftop pool area when I visited although the rest of the roof area was still not complete. The rooms were small but ok size for a couple for a weekend. The location was 5star and there was a public payable underground car park close by €17 a day. The bathroom was modern but very small the bed ok but the pillows were sooooo comfortable I would stay here again if I came back to Cadiz. Would highly Recommend.

This new hotel is a little gem in a great location (easy ten minutes walk from station), and even tho it is right in the centre, it is so quiet at night. I slept better than I do at home ! The bedroom was smallish but cosy with a lovely modern shower compartment. There is a sitting area on the ground floor and on the rooftop terrace where you can read in peace. Unreservedly recommend, and each of the staff are so nice and friendly. A great stay at a super reasonable price

hairs on the floor in room and especially visible in the bathroom! Seems like a mop was used with no vacuuming first! rooftop pool had no water as it was undergoing renovations and area was unusable even for leisure because building materials were scattered throughout rooftop! we were never informed pool was unavailable before booking nor after checking in. walls a bit thin! checkout at 11am was a bit early!

Staff on reception friendly helpful good English immediately dealt with any queries eg using safe in bedroom. Reception open 24 hours. Loved the very large communal room downstairs with free tea cookies and nespresso machine Fabulous roof solarium with seating sunbeds. Pool not in use at this time Bedroom with balcony overlooking busy street. Very effective double glazing kept noise out at night. Great shower constant hot water. The Location. 5 mins walk from cathedral 15 mins walk from bus and train station

Loved everything.

Great central location and although on a busy street we heard no noise as we were at the back. Room was bigger than I'd expected, bed comfortable and bathroom fine. The ladies on the desk at different times were extremely helpful and friendly. Nice to have a lounge area and lockers (for that last day). Near to plenty of restaurants and bars. Lovely central market too - would recommend breakfast at one of the cafes looking out onto the market.

Minor niggles - if you have shower gel etc bottles attached to the wall please make sure they actually work. Couldn't push the nozzle because of how it was fitted so had to get out of the shower to find my own stuff. Lighting in the bathroom not good. Used the roof terrace for an hour but it was spoiled by cooking fumes being emitted from a high chimney nearby.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Lockers were available to store luggage before check-in and after checkout. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Location was ideal to access all of Old Town. Great value.

Our room overlooked another room's patio area. Due to the configuration of the building, noise unfortunately traveled quite well, and we were disrupted by the other guests. However, the issue was quickly resolved by the front desk staff, and we did not have any further issues.

The staff was amazing! Irene and Jose were particularly helpful and really went above and beyond to provide me with information and local recommendations. As a solo traveler, I really rely on hotel staff to advise me on the area, local attractions and how to steer clear of tourist traps. My room was very quiet and comfortable. I opted for a room with a small terrace which I probably didn't need, but it was nice to have a private area if I wanted to sit outdoors. The roof deck was lovely as was the common working area with a nice selection of touristy books.
