The rooms did not match the entrance. When you arrive the reception is light, bright, beautiful and modern then when you arrive to the rooms they are dark and uninviting. very different to the arrival setting

The location was wonderful, the beach right out the front door, very centrally located, easy to walk to stores and restaurants and very easy access to bus lines and highways. The hotel was nice, clean very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was first class. It was a great experience.

Two little things that we learned. In Spain the rooms do not normally come with a ironing board and iron, but a quick call to the front desk got them to us quickly. It was a little annoying that one wasn't readily available in the room. The other thing is that when you removed the key card from the switch at the door that powered the electricity, it also turned off the air conditioning as well as the lights. Since we left the shades open the sunlight heated the unairconditioned room to a point that it took several hours for the A/C to cool the room down. They had given us two cards, so after that first night we learned to leave a card in the room when we were gone so the A/C would work. Like I said minor annoyances.

The breakfast was fantastic, so much to choose from. The room was very comfortable and view overlooking the beach. Fantastic location and easy to catch the bus to the old town. Reception provided us with towels to use on the beach.

The glass door to the bathroom. When used in the night the bathroom light woke my Wife. No mention of work being carried out to the restaurant and the front of the building.

Very comfortable and very clean room, good hotel location. We got a room upgrade and we were very grateful for that. Bed was huge and comfortable, we slept like babies! It was also very quiet. Kudos for the receptionsts, they did a very good job and we checked-in and out super fast and easily! Will come back for sure!

The hotels location is perfect for beach and a short bus trip to Cadiz, on arrival at reception our receptionist Carmen was very helpful and friendly, our bedroom was very spacious and cleaned to a very high standard every day, the staff in dinning room and bar are very efficient, breakfast was beautifully presented every morning, buffet style, a great variety of fresh food , bar food excellent too...bonus facility to get beach towels each day

Location very good, lots of (very) good restaurants nearby and in the old town. The beach is across a road and also clean. The cleanness of the rooms was very good and bedlinnen changed frequently. The room was also very quiet. All staff were very polite and respectful.

The hotel lacked some atmosphere. Definitely not a reason not to come back, since for us it ticked all the right boxes.

Staff friendly and helpful, especially chamber maids. Room comfy, and air conditioning worked well. It was nice to have a bottle of water waiting in the room. Didn’t do breakfast, so can’t comment. Car parking tight or get into, and again expensive. It’s about a half hour walk to the old town.

No pool, or sitting out area other than the beach, so for people who don’t like that, it’s a little hard.

Breakfast was quite good and the room was comfortable. The hotel is situated directly across from the beach and is surrounded by multitude of restaurants and bars. Front desk staff was very kind.

Modern, relaxed hotel, close to the beach and restaurants and bus stop. Easy walk into the centre along the waterfront.

Refurbishment ongoing at the front so not able to fully appreciate the communal areas but looked nearly finished and a high standard.
