When I arrived I was immediately told that I received a free room upgrade from a small single to a huge family room with balcony which was amazing because as a smoker a balcony meant I didn't have to walk up and down the stairs every time to smoke. I also had a mini fridge in my room and air-conditioning, the WiFi was included too. The rooms were spotless, the staff so kind and helpful and the breakfast was great. I paid for the breakfast on my last three mornings after trying other restaurants nearby and the selection was good and the price was reasonable at €10. When I did need something the front desk was 24hrs and very helpful with any enquiries I had. It's so close to the beach (just cross the maim road and walk between the buildings in front) so there wasn't much travel. The old town of Cádiz was about a 40min walk away and easy to find when I wanted to explore. Overall a lovely hotel.

The staff was very friendly and ready to help whenever needed. The hotel is nice and comfortable. The room size was more than enough for a solo traveler and quiet. The breakfast was very good and there was a big variety. The old town is about 25 minute-walk from the hotel; so if you like walking, you can do that along the beach promenade.

I found the laundry prices a little bit expensive.

Staff was accomodating and kind. The location of the hotel is extremely practical to visit the beach by foot and the surrounding shops and restaurants. It is not worth paying more to stay at a hotel that is directly facing the beach unless it is to pay for the view.

Noise travelled through the walls, especially the neighbours and the plumbing. Heavy sleepers will not have a problem with this, but lighter sleepers might.

This hotel is close to the beach but away from the busy old town. It's prob about 2.7kms from the hotel to the cathedral so it will take 30-40mins to walk. The beachfront promenade is lovely though so it's not a bad walk. The man at reception when we checked in was able to give us the bus details also so we used the bus (Bus numbers 1 or 7) a few times as well. Our room was comfortable enough, the bed was a queen size I think. Free parking is hard to find, we were lucky to find a spot in the main street near the hotel but there were hardly any spots the whole time we stayed in the hotel. There's a couple of local restaurants nearby, we had breakfast at one just around the corner.

The bath towels were hard and scratchy.

Good location , near the beach. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Good transport . The number 1 bus runs into the old town at plaza easpana. It only costs 1 euro and 10 cents. Cadiz is a must see. Probably a couple of days and you will have seen most of the old town. Try and stay when a football match is on.

The location was excellent, the bedroom very comfortable but most of all the staff was extremely solidarity, lovely and empathetic. For me the heart of a place and/or institution is their staffs

When we arrived we have to ask for towels and the day before our depart we have to ask for the blankets.

The staff made us feel welcom. Breakfast was fine. Rooms are comfortable. Parking nearby in parkinghouse (ask hotel) or on street (costs daytime). Walking distance to sea, and why not to Cadiz city center by promenad. Hotel is simple, but nice.

We had some problems with opening outer curtains.

The room was quite spacious. The bathroom had an excellent shower and everything was quite clean. The hotel was located only a five minutes walk from the beach and it was near shops and cafes. There was a bus very near the hotel that took you to Cadiz old town centre. So it was well located.

Excellent hotel with all the amenities! The staff in the reception is super nice, they explained totally everything to us, even some history about the city, where to eat, etc. Very well located. Big comfy room for three people.

Nothing really. Everything was great.

Good breakfast. Secure parking nearby. Bus stop outside to travel to Old Cadiz where there was lots to see.

Located on a busy main road but not a real issue. Difficult to find somewhere to eat in the evenings that were close by.
