This was my second stay. Stayed about 13 years ago but nothing has changed. The position and view of the hotel can't be beat. So nice to wake up to the sound of waves and a view of the beautiful beach. Room spacious and bed really comfortable. The rooms are a bit dated compared to new hotels but have a certain charm. Didn't want to leave!

I love this place but it's so frustrating that such little things which would make it perfect have not been changed. The rooms should have a coffee machine or at least a kettle and tea and coffee as a 4* hotel. They need to make more of the bar area so that it is more welcoming as a place you would drink at night/ when you returned from being out.

We had a room with a balcony that faced the ocean. Could not have been better. The staff was very very nice.

We would have preferred a queen bed instead of two doubles, but I was not asked about this at check-in. Looked like plenty of rooms were available. The pool was cool and not heated (spoiled Americans). The bath area was pretty small. Furniture was pretty old and outdated rooms could use some updated paint colors, but we liked the European look of the room overall. Our neighbor smoked in his room and the smoke permeated our room on the first day. He moved out after that.

It was conveniently located on an excellent beach. There was a bar in the lobby, close to the pool. The breakfast offered many good options, as well as a flexible time. The darking out of the light with the Persianas & curtains was excellent as well. Staff was excellent, kind, and friendly.

There was nothing to dislike! However, The property photos indicate beach chairs. As a visitor, one who doesn’t know Spain’s beach etiquette, these photos imply the chairs are part of the hotel. Sadly, they were not and actually were quite a bit to rent. Perhaps making it clear in the ‘what’s NOT included’ part of the hotel amenities would be helpful. Also, it was quite noisy outside the hotel with neighboring properties having late dance parties.

Location is fabulous on beach and close to shops/bars etc. Had to pay a lot more for full sea view so we didn’t bother & just had side sea view. Some rooms at front would have looked directly out onto very noisy building site next door. Room was very clean and bathroom was large with good shower water pressure. Pool area is relatively small given size of hotel, but pleasant and very clean. Beach is spectacular with direct access by lift from hotel. Hotel supplies nice, big beach towels. Have to pay for sun beds on beach, which we assumed were free for guests, but not expensive at 7.50€ each. Breakfasts were excellent, lots of choice, but got told off for filling up our water bottle! You can walk up promenade into old town and we walked all the way up to the fortress, which was worth a visit. Lots to see in Cadiz and buses back to hotel were cheap and regular. Local beach bars were lovely, nice local wine was 2-3€ per glass, which is astonishing if you’re used to British prices per glass!

The building site was full on hammering, banging, drilling etc from early morning, though the windows when closed blocked out a great deal. If I’d known about it, I would probably have booked somewhere else.Air con was a bit hit and miss and we got quite warm. Had to pay for water in room which was a cheek given price. Also had to ask for kettle which they did supply but no tea etc. Reception was slow to check in, but pleasant. There was no pool service, which would have been nice, but maybe that is post covid & may return. Drinks in bar were very expensive but nice service.

Beautiful location, I've got a room with sea view. All the hotel staff at reception, bar and restaurant, were very professional, and kind. The staff are also very accommodating and friendly. All I can say about this hotel is positive. The staff go the extra mile for their customers. I will really recommend this hotel to friends & family.

Not applicable. I like everything about this hotel. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, but didn't used the room service as I preferred to do the rest of the meals outside.

Large rooms and balcony. Had a fridge. Air con. Comfy bed. Separate toilet to shower/bath. Lots of hanging space.

Decor was old fashioned and starting to look in need of repair. Grout missing in between tiles, black mould in bathroom silicone. Only 6 hangers per person. No iron or board. No kettle or hot drink making facilities in room.

Brilliant breakfasts, nice quiet room, attentive housekeeping staff (excellent!), nice location.

The ads strongly suggested that the sun loungers on the beach right in front of the hotel. In fact this is not the case, we would have had to fork out EUR 20 per day to use them, even for just 2 hours. We opted not to use them because it was a "rip off". Prices were very much on the high side, £750 for 3 nights!

Sea front location, nice room and balcony. Underground parking was useful.

Very complicated shower controls with no labelling. No indication via room information of where bar or restaurant was or what facilities were available to us. As we'd stayed there to visit the old town of Cadiz, this was not an issue but better information in the room would be helpful for future guests. We didn't book breakfast as it seemed overpriced but found a local coffee shop for excellent coffee and quick snack.

Location was great. Right beside the beach and either a brisk walk or €5 taxi to old town. Nice bars and restaurants nearby Rooms are okay. Bathroom design is perfect. Actual room is a bit dated but functional. Cleaning staff are kind, efficient and do a great job. View was a side view so it was grand

Not really going to get into this aspect. This section often ends up with a reason why I feel I should pay as little as possible, and perhaps even complain about what I chose, and then expect absolute perfection and seven star accomodation
