The room, while small and not so nicely decorated as the rooms at Grupotel Maritimo, where I spent the first 2 nights, was very comfortable and clean. I loved the balcony, the responsiveness of the staff, the facilities, very good value for money. I booked with breakfast and dinner and at check-in I was given the option to pay 12 eur a day for lunch and all drinks (meals plus bar), which was awesome, it was totally worth it. Great tasty food. I left super early at 5 am and they offered to prep breakfast to go for the morning. Had a great time here!

Obviously the location it a bit of a walk, though manageable. Also, at the pool people have the bad habit to go in the morning, stay a few hours and then leave for 3-4 hours for lunch and siesta, leaving the sunbeds occupied. I used to go to the pool just after lunch and until 4 or 5 when I would go to the beach, and although there were few people by the people, all sunbeds were always occupied. This should be better organised and people should not be allowed to 'reserve" the beds like this while they are away for 3-4 hours.

Very tasty food, always smiling and kind Staff, not too big vut always clean rooms with air conditioner, very nice pool. And so close to beautiful Beach

Too much german music. Guys we travel to Spain to listen latino music and dancing. Big NO for that

The hotel was very clean overall and had good facilities for the money. Roomes were cleaned everyday, pool area was nice and had enough seatings. Also temperature of water was stable. Very friendly and respectful staff, always present and ready to answer your questions. The beach nearby is simply incredible. Food variety was good and generally tasty. Entertainment was very nice and with good taste, not the loud and crazy entertainment you usually see at hotels. It was good live music and interactive activities lead by a very energic and kind lady.

Cakes selection was the weakest point. They were keep repeating.

This is going to be the review I wish I had before coming here, and I will try to be as objective as possible. -Staff- all people working there were wonderful. So friendly, so helpful, so kind. We felt like we were welcomed by the most welcoming team all the time. Anything they could help with, they did. Top! Entertainment team was also really good, took care of all aspects. -Room- the room is smaller than what you would ever expect. It does not feel suffocating due to how it's made, but smaller than any hotel I've been to. Closet space is small, but as a summer vacation we did not have that many big things with us. The room is also older looking than it appears in the pictures but this is not an issue for us, since the smell is ok and the AC worked good. The big terrace was a plus. -View- the view was gorgeous on both sides, both sides show pool and water/river views. On one side it's our pool, on the other side it's the neighbours pool. -Beds- the beds are rock hard, if you're into that it's fine. We asked for a soft top, they accomodated us and made it a lot better. One soft pillow per person. -Location- it's beautiful, it's 5 minutes away from the beach but also it's a lovely stay and atmosphere at the pool. It's not the most alive or youthful resort, but the peace and quiet overall was lovely. -Food&Drinks- we say "very good, very nice" haha. :) the food is delicious, fresh, variated, mostly cooked in front of you. You have all the choice you can imagine. Not all cocktails are all inclusive, but we had a good selection and every other drink or combination was available and yummy. The staff even made me Black Russians, even though they were never on the menu. :) lovelies! -Cleanliness- top! Everything was really always clean and impecable. -Other Remarks- buy mosquito repellent and stop complaining about beautiful nature and bugs.

Staff: Always polite and courteous . Helped me when I cancelled my booking by mistake. Helped me book excursions and understand public transport and car rentals. Waiters are very hard working and dedicated. Beach: playa de Muro is an excellent beach with lots of people visiting everyday. The sand is nice. Sometimes there were too many plants at the shore which was not nice. Lots of shops and restaurants at the beach. The prices were also reasonable. Emergency services were great and it arrived in 5 minutes when a child fainted. There were too many people selling stuff at the beach which I didn’t like. Location: The hotel is lake front. On Google maps it seems to be at different place. It’s also 500 meters away from the beach and away from crowded hotels. Quite a walk on a sunny day but I didn’t mind. I don’t like bustling town places. Food: Decent food with quite some varieties. Nothing I can complain of for the price. Covid-19 Measures: Restaurant tables are sanitized after every usage. Enough Hand sanitizers at the entrance and at restaurant. Staff Kept the tables neat and clean in between of the meals. Room cleaning: Bed was arranged everyday and towels were changed frequently but the overall room Cleaning could have been better. Entertainment: The entertainment games were not for free. I didn’t like this. Every guest should get some games for free everyday. Weekly performances were great. Bar: Nice bar alongside pool.

The rooms don’t have enough sound proofing. One morning I woke up with the early morning alarm of adjacent room and noise of people walking in the lobby area.

The location is really nice. Breakfast choices very variable and also very tasty. We had nice view from the balcony.

We only received one small soap to wash our hands for the entire stay (3 night / 4 days - 2 people) - which, especially during pandemic times, is small amount. One day we came little bit later for breakfast and exactly at 10:00 they turned off the lights and staff was loudly collecting dishes and very obviously expressing its disgust with few people finishing their meals. We felt very unwelcome in that moment and I have never experienced similar situations anywhere. To be clear we left from the dining area around 10:10, so angry face was not necessary.

We stayed there in May, the value for halfboard was unbeatable in the location and the food was excellent. The rooms were clean and the water in the swimming pool seemed warm enough even though we haven't really been in. The location was perfect, 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and main road with bus stops, even a direct connection to the airport.

Our room was facing the other hotel where a noisy animation program was already taking place during the evenings. However, they finished before 11PM, so at least it wasn't on until late night. We would also suggest brining ear plugs if you're a sensitive sleeper, the walls aren't the thickest but we wouldn't find that a reason not to recommend thid hotel.

The huge variety of very good food, the swimming pool is perfect, the location is close to the beach, the fun activities, the friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Just ask if you need something and they will give it to you.

The dining room is a bit noisy, especially when guests are loud. When your balcony is at the front, the hotel nextdoor is very loud (swimming pool with children during the day and loud entertainment at night) but if you close the door of the terrace, it is doable.

Excellent! The staff was pretty friendly and nice. The meal was very, very tasty. Breakfast was the same every day, but there was everything that you could imagine :) The dinner was delicious, and my kids found all they wanted and much more. Each day was slightly different in the main dishes. So it was delicious and varied. The animator was our HERO, he did his best both in the evening and during the day. There were not so many children at the hotel and that was boring for my kids from time to time. There were also some play machines (0.5-1.5€, billiards (1.50€), and tennis (free of charge) at the hotel.

Something to improve: small room for 3, but we knew that. I was with 2 children 10 and 8 years old. The extra bed in the room was not a regular bed for 1 person and was very short, which would be good for younger children. A glass door in the bathroom! what?!?!)) Are you serious? A sound, a smell, and a light were like we were without a door at all.

We purchased the two-meal option - both breakfast and dinner were an extensive buffet, there was something delicious for everyone. The staff are very nice, friendly and smiling. Rooms and bathrooms very clean, the bed is comfortable. There is a supermarket in the immediate vicinity, the beach a few minutes walk away, likewise a bus stop. The hotel, at least in low season, does not offer many activities and animations (apart from daily evening ones), which for me is a huge advantage. Excellent value for money, we spent a wonderful 4 days and would love to return.

The bathroom door is frosted glass, some people might find it a bit uncomfortable.
