The location and restaurant was perfect for what we were wanting! The restaurant staff and outdoor bar staff were friendly and funny.

The front desk staff—with the exception of the receptionist at customer service (Lidia, I believe) — are horrible!!!! Absolutely rude, unprofessional, and condescending! Completely incompetent at their job and a bad representation of the hotel. As a previous manager myself, I highly recommend Hotel Condesa re-consider who is appointed for these positions. They are the first impressions when guests check in and if they are rude, it immediately impacts your guests’ overall experience!

The Hotel located at the beach. the bug station is just 50 meter away and you can reach the Alcudia centre in less that 10min by bus. there is a direct bus line A32 to/from the Airport. The breakfast is really complete and consist of verity of foods and drinks. The room was clean and feels like new.

Since no Hotel is ideal, there were some drawbacks. The open cinema that is located at the middle of the hotel court plays music with very load sound for a few people until late (22:00 or later) so you can't enjoy the fresh air by opening the windows until then. There is no warm shower at the pools. also no changing room. Don Jaime restaurant, I can't recommend it. it is a closed menu restaurant so you don't have much choices ( it's desserts were really good)

The location, the staff, the food and the view was great, but are some things you need to know first before you book your stay here: 1. The beach in front of the hotel it is not private, it’s public and you have to reserve your sunbed for 6€ Per day, for at least 4days. 2. At The Sky Bar you have to pat for drinks, and are aloud people from outside the hotel. 3. You have to pat a guarantee of 10€ for the beach towel ( not that great quality btw ), and you receive it back based on the receipt when your stay ends. 4. You can only reserve once at Don Jaime Restaurant. 5. You have to pay for the safe in the room 3€ per day. 6. The terrace from the entertainment area it’s very small and you have to attend early before the show begins. 7. The drinks from all were not that great, and also not much variety ( only 2 or 3 cocktails from the drinks menu were included ). 8. The terrace from the main restaurant it’s very small and you have to wait to have your meal. 9. The reception it’s very busy all the time and you have to wait a minimum of 10 min, even just for one question.

Overall, the hotel definitely needs un upgrade for a 4star hotel.

Beachfront location. Polite staff. Tidy and clean in all areas. Reasonably priced. Nice rooftop bar. Hotel manager looked after everything by himself all day everyday. Staff also worked hard. Shout out to excellent services : Maribel (bar staff), an old guy at Beach Towel 17th May afternoon, a Snack Bar guy 17-18th May afternoon, a guy and a lady at Sky Bar 18-19th May. All Receptionists and House Keepings. Room 361 was quiet as I requested for a room away from lifts and entertainment area in advance. Paid for standard room but also had partial seaview. Nice Sky Bar and beachfront view from pool. Wonder white sandy beach.

Air con was not very cold. No lock in bathroom. Stange towel rail in bathroom. Could not hang towels or clothes as normal. Water always stuck in shower and basin. Entertainment was not very impressed.

Amazing location right on beach. Beach restaurant is a lovely place for breakfast and lunch. Very clean. Large choice of food in main restaurant. Showers in room are great!

We arrived very late on first day (midnight) therefore hadn’t had the same opportunity as other guests who had been using the all inclusive facilities since 2pm. Obviously this can’t be helped but on departure day our wristbands were cut off at 10.30. We weren’t being picked up for the airport until 6.00pm so we had to pay for lunch and drinks which cost us €40. Felt it was a shame that some guests would have benefited much more than us just because of their flight times. We have never stayed in a hotel that doesn’t allow you to continue to use all facilities until departure. The last time we stayed at Condesa this wasn’t the case and we felt it spoiled our last day a little.

Close to the beach, buses and local restaurants . Very good breakfasts and good prices at the bar however the beer is not really good.

The Receptionist lady on night shift is very rude, and not helpful , she doesn’t offer us the free champagne, she is not eve showed us which way to go to the rooms etc etc. She started be rude when she seen our passport’s, so we just avoided her and everything we asked from her colleagues, they are really nice.

Great location, next to the beach and next to the bus stop for buses from Palma Airport. Great variety of food - every day something different, although it does become repetitive after 3 days. Drinks included in all inclusive were of good quality, no saving on alcohol, no cheap juices, etc. Very nice employees, all of them had positive attitude and each one of them tried to make us smile.

Boring evening programme, two twin beds connected into a double bed - they keep moving apart from each other. Hotel provides quite expensive airport transfers - it’s much cheaper to just find a local taxi company.

Very good location, next to beach. Heated pool for the kids with slides, they spent hours in there. Nice play area with staff to entertain the kids. Breakfast was excellent. Nice gym and treadmills though I jogged outside on the other side of the small lake. UK football matches on the big screen in the lobby/bar. Alcudia one of the nicest parts of Mallorca, we drove the island in a car and didn't see anywhere better.

The main swimming pool wasn't heated, didn't see anyone in there at all over the week. Too cold. Have to pay extra to use the safe. Air con wasn't on, would only blow warm air. No bath in the room, easier to wash kids properly in bath. Surrounding areas are nice to visit in the evening for dinner, but rental car really required.

The room was very clean and practical and the location was great....we've before and that why we liked it. The staff were very welcoming and efficient and it was beautifully clean everywhere . The food was great , a fabulous variety, fresh and well presented. We also enjoyed the sky bar ...it is a lovely addition.

But we would have like some tea making facilities in the rooms ...as we had to keep carrying cups of tea up in the morning and last thing at night. Also the hair dryer was very old fashioned and not very powerful ...an update would be good !

The hotel is very clean and nicely furnished. Especially the shared facilities are nice. The location is amazing. Good for relaxing on the beach, exploring the island or doing sports. What really makes the hotel shine is the staff. They're so nice and personable! We requested an extra sheet and got it in a matter of minutes! We also got a gift in the form of dinner when we had a late arrival at the hotel and after a full day of travel it was so nice to find that surprise. We had breakfast at the hotel and it is 100% worth it. If we come back to nallorca we'll for sure also get the dinners at the hotel because we bought the dinner one night and it was really good, drinks were included and the price for that is much better than eating out.

There were only two things we didn't like at the hotel. The bed and bathroom door. The bed was very light and moved around. If two people were laying on it it was surprisingly less jiggly, but it was a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom door is a problem if friends are travelling together. It's frosted glass door and it is pretty but less practocal then a normal door - sounds and smells get through the glass door more because it doesn't seal tight like wood doors do. One more small negative is the sheet + blanket combo instead of a comforter, but I unerstand that's Spanish culture. It's just not comfortable.
