great location, pool and beach area very good. very clean, room immaculate and cleaned every day. breakfast choice excellent staff extremely pleasant and helpful (with one exception)

very rude member of staff, who chose to shout at us in reception in front of other guests, as we had opened our suitcase to put away our coats/jumpers on arrival from England-we were early and room wasn’t ready, would have been nice if he could have spoken to us quietly and suggested an alternative place to open our case-it was only a 2 minute job, we caused no offence - to anyone I’m sure by opening up a suitcase. not a very welcoming attitude to have. all other staff without exception were lovely. not really sure why masks had to be worn at breakfast, when everyone is using the same serving instruments to help themselves to breakfast, plus not all staff wearing masks.

The property was located in a great area, with very easy access to the beach and a garden area with sun beds available for hotel guests (with no extra charge). The breakfast was really good, lots of options and variety and wonderful staff. Beach towels are included and no extra price charged for this. There were also some nice restaurants nearby (I would recommend checking out Numa beach!).

I think for a 4 star hotel it would’ve been nice to be given hotel slippers, some coffee or tea and water included in the bedroom. Also the safe in the room required extra charge for usage (€15 for 7 days) which should be included in the charge for a 4 star hotel.

Everything was very clean, facilities were great and staff were very polite, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very spacious, pleasant and comfortable. The pools are a good size and there are lots of hammocks available around. Food was delicious and there was always lots of choice (meat, fish, healthy food…).The vegetarian corner had many tasty, appealing options as well. Infrastructures around the pool and beach were perfect and the snack bar by the pool offers a nice range of reasonably priced choices if you want a snack or a drink. Overall, a great hotel.

Truly excellent location for instant access to the beach only a one minute walk from the main entrance. Staff at Los Principes are extremely friendly & very helpful. Amenities at the hotel & the nightly entertainment is excellent. Lovely Breakfast each morning & the evening dinner is truly superb. Dinning at this hotel is outstanding superb. Rooms also are very comfortable & clean.

The location is perfect, just 2 minutes from the beach and we can see and feel the sea from our room balcony. Staff is very friendly. Breastfast menu is perfect for a 4 star hotel. Nearby there is a supermarket and a restaurant called Isabella Beach which offers very fresh and good food at very reasonable prices, open and closed areas so it is perfect to enjoy the sound of the sea, fresh air and avoid Coronavirus:). The supermarket offers essential stuff so you do not need to bring so many things with you if you are lazy of carrying lots of stuff. The beach here is one of the nicest, cleanest and safest for children I suppose as I visited many other beaches during this trip and there are quite a lot of rocks there which are not safe for children. In general this is a lovely hotel esp for family with children who love swimming and beaches . There are live music and magician show on Sat and Sunday evenings so we can sit and relax on the balcony to watch them or we can go down to the bar on ground floor to enjoy the show. It is a lot of fun and excitement

Buffet was ok, but cleanliness was a bit spotty. Inside pool is only open for kids until 14:00.

Location perfect and close to all amenities. Hotel staff brilliant, from cleaners to entertainment. Grounds of hotel well kept, modern and spacious rooms. Food lovely and freshly made.

No tea/coffee making facilities in hotel rooms with you would expect in a four star hotel. Loads of German and Spanish channels on TV but only 3 English language channels. Pool bar closes way too early 5pm. Especially as sumner evenings still bright and warm till late and people still swimming and relaxing at pool.

Location: -A32 bus gets you directly from the airport to the hotel for just 10 euros. -One of very few hotels directly at the beach, even didn't have to rent the sunbeds. -Supermarkey Spar less than 2 minutes away - The rooms are recently renovated and look exactly as on the pictures. Food: -Given the minimum difference between Breakfast and HB, I didn't expect much, knowing I could always go for great restaurants nearby, if needed. Yet the food quality and variety exceed all my expectations. - Always local spanish dishes available ( every evening different type of paella, tortillas, green peppers or wraps) - Delicious grill stand (every night fresh grilled fish & seafood ( salmon, prawns or macrell) - Excellent choices for vegeterians - a few types of veggies and grilles veggies, fresh salad bar. - A stand for the special dish ( e.g. sushi, tortilla wraps, whole roasted turkey etc.) - Amazing stand with fresh fruit - at least 5 types of fresh fruit ( also, passion fruit, fresh pine apples and mangoes) - Rich options for gluten and/or lactose intolerant people ( 3 types of milk without lactose, lactose free yogurt etc.) - Last but not least. The stand with the sweets is very dangerous - countless numbers of cakes, dessers and 3 types of ice cream. Staff: Everyone from reception and clean ladies, to the waiters and the pool lady have been more than attentive, helpful and friendly. High quality concerts every evening, also with local music.

The gym's equipment is old and rusty, the only available gym mat looks like it was eaten by a dog 🤣 and the whole room could use some love and get painted over the winter.

Excellent location, very compact organisation, child friendky easy acces for them beach pool rooms( apartments)

Apartments needs renovation, also the matresses should be change to some confortables one, lack of clean products such as showergel, beach towels and bed linen change only twice/ week, repetitive b&b.

The cleaniliness was absolutely impressive! Bathrooms - big and comfortable indeed! Balconies are so nice - although not equal view for all of us. :) I was surprised that the room was so quiet. Car park - although opened for the public, was very convenient. Thank you for the lovely Holiday!

1) Dear Hotel Management, please, please, PLEASE - install either a coffee machine in the lobby or provide coffeee in the rooms. It is really not acceptable such a hotel not to provide such an essencial service for their guests, except during the breakfast at 8 am, and you have to pay 12 euro no matter that you need only one coffee. 2) Not a great animation. 3) The hotel is opened, not closed, so no cozy feeling and a bit of an issue security wise.
