A very cute and cozy hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. Room was comfortable, especially the beds and pillows. Big shower with good water pressure. Beautiful historical building with a lovely inner courtyard that felt magical. Everything is clean and well kept. Very good breakfast - varied and tasty. Garachico is a lovely small town on the northern coast of Tenerife. A free public parking lot is available 3-minutes away by foot. We had a wonderful time.

Our room was at the back of the hotel, facing a busy street, so it was quite noisy from early in the morning until the evening.

We had a perfect time at La Quinta Roja. Paloma, the friendly and hospitable owner, couldn't have been more helpful. The beautiful, quiet, greenery filled courtyard was a perfect place to relax with a drink after a hot day, and the restaurant was delicious with a lovely outdoor space. The town is also really cute, a great place to stay if you are interested in the island itself and not into the resort scene.

The breakfast was a typical Spanish buffet style. Not much variety when staying for a week & no hot options available. Lovely setting outside for eating. Ate twice in the hotel restaurant, both times very good. All the staff at the hotel were charming & helpful, especially with restaurant recommendations.The hotel was a beautiful old building, with lots of lovely features. Good location for visiting many of the island’s attractions. Much preferred the north of the island.

Our room was a good size with a smaller room off, good to sit & relax. There were very few plug points in our room which meant frequently swapping our various appliances. Very basic toiletries in the bathroom apart from a shower gel fixed to the shower wall & a hair dryer in the bathroom also fixed to the wall. Useless for drying & styling hair. Tissues in the room would have been a nice touch. There was no mirror for putting on make up, a must in all hotels. Also lighting poor, resorted to applying makeup at the window, not ideal

Beautifully restored historic building with very stylish decoration. The courtyard is a very tranquil place to spend time and the food is excellent. Staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Location is outstanding and the view from our bedroom at the front of the property was outstanding.

Stayed at an unusually hot week for October & the air conditioning didn’t cool the room as much as needed so had difficulty sleeping as a result. I wouldn’t let this stop me staying here though as all of the plus points out-way this minor issue!

A beautiful building in a wonderful location . Every member of staff was friendly and helpful , the young lady at breakfast was delightful always ensuring you had everything you wanted. Reception were helpful and knowledgeable.

Our room was adjacent to a road although a small cobblestone road that strangely could be a bit noisy in the morning. This did not spoil our stay.

The hotel is beautiful, as was the room. Great location overlooking the main square of Garachico. Very tranquil check in experience. The courtyard area is beautiful with lots of great spaces to relax in.

Bar and restaurant were shut, and breakfast was a little disappointing for the price of the stay. Aircon didnt seem to do anything to cool the room. None of these things really detract overall from an amazing experience.

The staff were all wonderful! We loved sitting in the center patio and having drinks sitting by the fountain. Rooms were a great size. The restaurant food and service were fantastic! Great rooftop to relax or get some exercise.

Unfortunately our stay coincided with a heat wave so it was incredibly warm in Garachico. With the humidity and heat, we had the AC full blast and it wasn’t enough.

The Hotel is beautiful, particularly the courtyard, a tropical oasis of calm. The building is old and located in the heart of a beautiful unspoiled town. The staff are good and friendly.

The natural swimming pools were closed, until June. This means that we could not swim in the sea. Not the fault of the hotel, but it is misleading to advertised them as a near by facility, when they are closed.

A stunning and beautiful very old Spanish building in the old part of Garachico with a top class restaurant and wonderful friendly and helpful staff. In our opinion this place and its staff cannot be faulted and we thank them for a wonderful four night stay and for all their help.

There was nothing to dislike.
