Well located hotel, far enough from town to be very quiet and close enough to enjoy the 10 to 15 minute walk into the centre of Ciutadella. Sea front very close to the point of being entertaining watching the ferries to Majorca arriving and leaving. Worth booking breakfast - nice selection of eats and yummy fresh pastries

Absolutely lovely staff who couldn't do enough to help. So friendly and helpful during the whole stay. Spoke excellent English which was helpful. Nice pool, on the cool side which was very welcome in the scorching August heat. Comfy beds, very efficient housekeeping There is a bar in the hotel and coffees in the morning (can all be charged to the room) and you can have breakfast in the hotel too although we didn't. Hotel is very near (15 mins walk) to Cuitadella and in between there are lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The sea is at the end of the road! About 2 mins walk to the sea front. It's also about 10 mins walk to the beach in Cuitadella which was perfect for snorkelling, jumping off rocks, sunbathing etc. There is no air con but there are ceiling fans and it's quiet location makes it possible to sleep with the balcony doors open with the curtains part closed. Toiletries are provided in the bathroom. Ideal stay in this part of the island.

The stuff was really helpful and polite. The room was clean and well maintained. The area was great, quiet and super close to the beach. Easy to find a car parking. The swimming pool was clean.

Only the mattress was slightly uncomfortable and there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom, but overall it’s really worth it.

A really good hybrid of city break and beach. The hotel is about 10 mins walk from the cathedral in the centre of Ciutadella but also not far from the town's beach, and very close to the harbourside restaurants. The hosts are very kind and helpful. the pool has a mix of sunshine and shade and a child area and there is a bar. I don't think there was a/c but we had the ceiling fan on which was perfect even during the heatwave during our stay. I think all the rooms have balconies which we enjoyed sitting on. it's about 4 mins from the nearest bar on foot, 1 min from the nearest restaurant (latter fine if you're starving but go further for better food). Having previously stayed in a coastal resort on Menorca where the choice of entertainment and restaurants was limited it was a pleasure to be able to stroll around Ciutadella in the evening, but to still have the option of an afternoon by a modest pool, or on the city beach. it's also not far from the square where some buses go from and where the taxi rank is so it's easy to get around.

I stayed here 3 years ago and it left a good impression on me. When I came back it was as if nothing had changed. Juan and Maria and family make this place, they remember you, make you feel welcome, and it is homely. Yes it is rated 1 star but does all the basic essentials well, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, nice quiet area, drinks available and a small pool area. They are a 5 star couple and I would highly recommend it for 3 or 4 nights visiting Cituadella. Thank you Juan and Maria☀️🇪🇦

The property is very welcoming and well run. It is a short, pleasant walk to the old town and harbour where there are a variety of excellent bars and restaurants. The couple who run the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They offered to keep my bag in the storage room without me asking. Same for using the pool shower and the swimming pool after I had checked out. Very good breakfast as well.

The bed was very rickety! The door shook every time someone entered or left the building. No plug in the bath.
