We stayed in room 1 on the ground floor. It was light, airy and very spacious. Very tasteful and modern decor and all furniture looked almost new. There was a pretty courtyard area with table and chairs which was handy for remote working. The location is very central, just a couple of minutes walk away from the port with plenty of shops and restaurants. The room was cleaned each day despite us only staying for 3 nights. Access to the building and room was via code on the day of check in. Detailed instructions were received via WhatsApp on the day of arrival including numerous suggestions for nearby parking. We would happily stay again.

The downside of being on the ground floor was hearing people coming in and out of the building and in the reception area. It wasn’t a huge problem.

Beautiful room, very spacious. Great location- less than 5 minutes from central areas. Parking 10 minutes from hotel, easy and convenient. Coffee and snacks available in hotel reception.

Everything was great. Just one suggestion- please put a mirror in the room as the only one is in the bathroom.

Very central and near the Port area which is the best part of Ciutadella. Very Clean, Self check-in very clear. Free parking close.

Lots to like about this boutique hotel - overall had a very enjoyable stay and very glad we decided to stay in Ciutadella, at a reasonable price point during high season (July)! - Location: excellent location, steps away from Placa dels Pins where there are loads of great food options. Easy access to the old city as well. - Breakfast: due to Covid, breakfast was not served on the property and we were given vouchers to use at the nearby La Menorquina restaurant at Placa dels Pins. Breakfast was generously portioned (we were always so full!) and consisted of a coffee, fresh orange juice, pastry, and a boccadillo, served al fresco. - Coffee machine: Communal dolce gusto espresso machine for use on the ground floor was great for a morning caffeine fix, alongside small bread snacks - Responsive staff to messages: Mostly communicated via the booking.com app and they were pretty responsive; most queries were answered within a few hours and they sent detailed instructions for arrival. Given the small size of the property (5 rooms) staff were not always on site. - Shower: wet room style shower which was very spacious. Great water pressure and temperature!

- Wifi: we were staying in one of the rooms on the 2nd floor and the wifi wasn't great - it struggled to stay connected to most of our devices most of the time. Things that weren't dislikes but may be helpful to note for others: - Bathroom door: Had read in previous reviews that they had a curtain act as a bathroom door, but we had a proper sliding door which was nice. Would be helpful to have a fan in the bathroom to help suck out some of the hot water moisture. - Stairs: we were able-bodied people so the stairs weren't a big problem, but they are narrow in places and it's not the easiest dragging luggage up and down them (especially if you have anything larger than carry-on size bags).

Great location, very clean and really nice smell :). Worth the price absolutely!
