Modern, nicely looking comfortable rooms. Totally soundproof rooms allow you to rest at night properly even though the hotel is located near a lively town square.

The breakfast is not located in the hotel restaurant. You need to queue up with non-guests for a table which sometimes might be a long experience. The breakfast options for hotel guests are also limited and it is quite weird to see other people eating something you are not allowed as a hotel guest :(

Entire design of the hotel & rooms was perfect. Great attention to detail and sense of style overall ! The breakfast everyday was also brilliant with plenty of delicious options. Staff / owner was super helpful and lovely and really made our stay feel special and relaxing

Another mirror in the bedroom would be of been helpful and more bins + storage in general. But this really is a minor!

What a lovely Hotel! If you look for a unique place to stay with a great location (many nice restaurants in walking distance), here you will be happy. We really appreciated stylish, aesthetic interior, design home furnishing in a nice building and great idea to use the entrance hall in the morning for common breakfast. This hotel is far away from a chain hotel. And the breakfast was also yummy & healthy. We were there with our daughter, baby cot was provided, slept very well, it was quiet in the nights.

Friendliness of the owner and the staff. A very simple and human warm welcome as we want it to be. This is priceless, the recommedation for the visits as well as the restaurants !!! Design of the suite with a lot of charm and comfortable beds were there.

Breakfast was very simple, but quality was good. In General, I believe the breakfast are not incredible in Spain as it seems not to be a very important meal in the day. The coffee in the room could have been a nespresso ( instead of Nescafé ...). As we come from Switzerland, we usually have a better breakfast, but this would a plus. We were on the first floor and we could ear the people on the last floor. As these are nice renovated rooms, you need to be aware of that. So better be on the last floor or in the backyard.

The hotel is nicely decorated, the staff is superbly helpful and nice, the breakfast is good, the location is perfect. Having a room facing the main street was no problem at all as the windows were quite good.

If I had to pick one less good thing, I would say that the wi-fi was unstable one day or two for iphones (in my Surface worked pretty fine though, I even had a professional video call during my stay).

Super friendly owner and staff, with family like feeling in - 6 bedroom hotel. Our baggage was two days late and we received very helpful tipps for local shopping and help with some instant laundry. Thank you very much!!

Super minor, something for garbage in the room on a longer stay would be helpful (for empty bottles, etc.)

The property is beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout and there is a scent that permeates the property from the moment you walk in. The room is spacious and comfortable. We were impressed by the luxurious bath products (Malin and Goetz). It is ideally situated in Ciutadella, perfect base to explore the island. The breakfasts were delicious (high quality it products), made with care and the coffee was excellent (it included lactose-free alternatives). The staff were kind and accommodating. They prepared breakfast for us on our last day at a slightly earlier time so that we could get to the airport. All in all, a wonderful stay with wonderful people that care about what they do.

Awesome stay. The hotel is located just in the perfect place of Ciutadella. You could park the car on the main avenue on the evenings -if you find the spot- and walk 2m to be in the Cathedral. The breakfast is superb. Not the classic buffet, but instead a healthy, balanced -but filling!- breakfast. There was one day where I couldnt finish it as it was too much. And bonus to have it in the square, under the sun-or the shade, that's at your wish-, while enjoying the atmosphere of the city. Pierangela is a superb host and she was on top of us to ensure we had a perfect stay in Menorca.

Parking. But lot of spaces nearby. And as said, if you're lucky you may park just in front of the door.

Amazing boutique hotel in a great location. You are within a 5 minute walk to the bus station with lots of options to visit fantastic beaches. The breakfast is exceptional with great local produce and I couldn’t have asked for more! The balcony was amazing for having an evening drink before heading out to dinner. I will definitively be coming back!

The room is very spatious, modern, clean, and I loved the surroundings going up to the room, with all the plants and everything, and the outdoor seating area with all the wood, it's very pretty. The whole decor is very nice, lots of attention to details, bed was comfortable, plenty of plugs around. Pierangela was super nice, very accomodating and communication was great both before and during my stay. The location really can't be beat, it's right in the middel of town, so very convenient. Check-in and check-out were also very convenient, couldn't fault it, really. Breakfast was brought to my door every morning, just place the order through Whatsapp the night before, so that was a nice touch, and a good way to start the day.

As is common in Spanish accommodation, there was no heat in the bathroom. Which was just about doable because I got lucky and got a very hot week, but if you're unlucky with the weather, I can imagine it getting pretty cold. The room/outdoor seating area is also a little dark, because it's tucked away in between the buildings, so you can't really see what kind of weather it's going to be, but I imagine this would be a big plus in summer because it also won't get very hot inside. WiFi was not super stable, but all in all it was alright.
