The hotel is beautiful and the interior designed did a great job. Very centrally located. The breakfast was the best we've seen in Menorca.

The first 2 nights of our stay we were placed in a room on the ground floor and it was a nightmare due to noise. We could hear the main door opening and closing, guests would speak loudly in front of the elevator in the middle of the night...I highly recommend asking for a quiet room if you're sensitive to noise. We were moved to a different room as soon as it became available which made a huge difference. On the plus side, the staff was very nice about it and the room in question had access to a "private" corner of the patio which was very nice.

Parking lot was a bit far away but great that it was offered (at an extra cost and 7-10min walk). Was a bit difficult driving through the town at permitted times to load our luggage (driving isn't always allowed in the area) but otherwise it was a really great place and most hotels in the town are the same in terms of access.

Beautiful Boutique hotel, great room. Lovely facilities. Friendly staff. Great location. This is our first holiday with our baby and the room was so beautiful, confortable and clean it made us feel very at ease. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The hotel is situated in the middle of the old town with tourist attractions and restaurants on your door step. The room we stayed in was massive with its own private terrace which was lovely to relax on when we wanted a break from meandering through the streets. The room was perfect for those with a small child and the travel cot and bedding provided were really good quality, however it would also be a really romantic room / location for couple. Would love to stay again. Wish we had stayed longer before moving to our next destination on the island.

The hotel is impeccably designed and maintained. Our room was spacious with cool design features and incredible bathroom. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay.

The hotel offered pretty much everything we were looking for. If we were to pick something to improve we would say that while the breakfast was nice, it was not quite on the same level as other places we have stayed in Menorca; it was still good though!

Breakfast was delicious! It was served with only local fresh products. Rooms are beautiful. Location in the heart of Ciudadella.

The downside of its excellent location is that the parking is far away. It is complicated when your are carrying big suitcases. There is no help.

A tasteful and bright hotel in the most charming part of Ciutadella and within easy walking to all of that city’s sites. The staff are super helpful and the breakfasts excellent. The Sant Leoni suite is spacious and boasts a wonderful outdoor patio and seating area of its own.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the old town of Ciutedella. Common spaces and rooms are elegantly decorated. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. The honesty bar was very well organised and we loved having a drink at the bar area. One of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed, highly recommended!

I loved this hotel! The pictures when doing the booking are quite nice, but being there everything looks even nicer. The staff was fantastic. They helped with restaurant reservations, and they were great recommending things to do on the fly. I visited Menorca for 5 days on my own. Not only did I have a great time, but I have a list of more places to try and go see. Don’t hesitate, stay here if you want to stay in Ciutadella any time of the year.
