Good communication with the host from the outset on arrival time as not staffed all the time. Very friendly welcome. A genuine urban boutique hotel with character. Lovely garden and terrace. Everything felt chic and trendy, down to the tasteful T shirts on sale in reception. Honesty bar by the terrace with payment on check-out. Easy access to room with a key (not always the case). Straightforward safety deposit box, again with a key. Very good air con and wifi. Superb location only a couple of minutes' walk from the historic centre of the town.

Limited wardrobe space but probably ok for a short stay. See through WC and shower - needs more obscure glass for the WC.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good communication with Paola the Manager of the Hotel. Room very clean and the rest of the common area too. Very good location. I will recommend it!

Nothing bad to said the only recommendation it’s to try to improve to be more Eco Friendly. We noticed a lot of use of plastic inside the Hotel (elements of the kitchen, toiletry, glass in the bathroom in plastic…)

Small and calm hotel with Excellent location to go to the center, restaurants and bars 5-10 min walk. Also, close to buses stations to move around 15min walk. Not fare from plaça des borns if you go before high season, less buses deserving Calas so you can get a taxi on the taxi station is this place. Comfy bed. Nice back garden and common area to have a tea or coffee. Friendly and available staff.

Not much hot water.

The hotel was well located, close to the center of Ciutadella: we could easily walk to all the main attractions of the city. The staff was really really nice and warm, and they helped us with all our needs. The room was well equiped and the patio/garden of the hotel was a very relaxing place to spend some time and give a walk.

We enjoyed our stay quite a lot and don't have many negatives to point out. The only thing we can suggest to improve a little would be to have in the room some more places where we could put our bags, clothes.. (ex: a bigger table)

Comfortable bed. Quiet street in a great location. The free coffee is a nice gesture.

Nothing to criticise. Maybe a bit expensive for the size of the room but I think that is typical for Menorca

Friendly and helpful welcome. Comfy, light room with view over garden. Only a few minutes walk to the old town or down to the harbour. Complimentary coffee/tea very welcome. Tortoises in the garden as promised!

A very clean and comfortable hotel with comfortable beds & plenty of pillows, soap & shampoo provided. Located just a few minutes walk from the old town & great restaurants in Placa del Pins. The deck in the garden is a lovely place to have a glass of wine in the evening.

Nothing to dislike.

We liked the location, the bed was amazingly comfortable and very clean, fully equipped and Paola from the reception was very very helpful and made us feel at home:)

there was a lot of humidity as the bathroom is United with the bedroom and the “garden” that I was expecting to have private was an open space that in the end in front of our open balcony door other people were passing, so in the end not so much privacy.

location superclose to the center of Ciutadella! and the access to the hidden garden was a big surprise! Paola the wonderful host is so helpful! we would love to come back soon. 5 stars stay

Perfect location! Minutes walk from the Cathedral,shops & restaurants Lovely helpful staff, really clean rooms. Great little outside space too Highly recommend & would book again!
