The food was excellent, great choice, lots of veggies and fruit. They took good care of one of us who was vegan. Everyone who works there is so friendly and kind.

I wish they served water with dinner. Also it was a bit late for us, could be at 7pm rather then 8pm. The rooms were lovely spacious, we loved the location. On our last night we had neighbours who were a bit loud partying till early morning hours and the room didn't have soundproofing but then people are on hols what can you do.

Dinner wasn’t served till 8pm a bit late for us Food was good /variety/flavour although could have been warmer …cold a lot of the time which was disappointing….I’m sure this could be sorted with a bit of thought Had to use microwave to heat and enjoy Only two coffee machines …..definitely not enough Rooms were nice but could go with a bit of updating for a 4* resort However despite this we will go back

The location, layout, and number of pools were great. The view from our room was spectacular. The room was an apartment we were able to make coffee and sit on the balcony. We love having a fridge and basic kitchen tools to have drinks and snacks for ourselves. The staff, Laura, in particular, was very helpful.

It was a heat wave and the A/C was broken in the first room we stayed in. They were helpful and moved us to another room but the A/C wasn't much better. We had a fan but it was incredibly hot. The windows do not have screens so leaving the open for a breeze was not an option because of bugs. You have to pay for pool towels, dish/soap at the front desk, we aren't sure if there's anything else but it was a surprise.It was an odd request and I note it here so others are aware.

The place is amazing with the perfect spot for sunset every evening. The staff are making everything possible to have awesome vacation, always smiling and always have something nice to say. They also doing their best to adapt to you and your habits (stayed 2 weeks with my family). The food is diverse and change daily, you will always have something nice to eat (had full board). The guests are all kind of and very diverse. You will never feel apart. Fully recommended, we had awesome vacation!

missing some kitchenette accessories like coffee machine, tea maker, bottle opener etc.

Staff were very helpful and the accommodation was very clean and nicely ppointed.

We didn't feel that the accommodation should be classed as 4 star. Although the room had been renovated, the hob didn't get hot enough to boil water and the wi fi was very weak. Only one person could use it at any one time.

Nice place, quiet but also with some entertainment in the evenings. Amazing views from the hotel of the sunset. One of the best I have seen. Nice pool, okay rooms

Staff resolution of the complaint. We found sharp plastic in the food and floor supervisor hasn't done much about it. Later we have reported in to the reception. We have been told that this will be investigated but no-one did, no feedback and no response. I would take the whole tray of the salad back to the kitchen, they did not!!!

there are not much to say… the place is good, the swimming pool was amazing.

the buffet had good food, they never had a description of the food, and it would be good to know what was in the food, especially if you have food restrictions. in the bar you could have natural juices. we could spend more time outside near the pool at the pool if have more options to drink.

Cleanliness of the room it was spacious and facing the ocean.

The curtains upon entering the room was stained with rust.

The location is perfect. Best sunset location on the island. Beautiful pools in the resort. Great food and friendly staff

Some of the resort facilities are aged. The tennis court was out of order due to needing to be fixed. The evening entertainment that they had for children and adults 8 years ago has been abandoned which was disappointing.
