Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very centrally located. Walking distance to many beautiful beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. A beautiful, safe area. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning at the hotel. The apartments are well spaced out... we never felt overcrowded. Also loads of sunbeds and space at the pool. We would definitely visit again.

A few small items which could perhaps have been mentioned in the property description: Had to pay a deposit for the safe key (understandable), but also an additional daily rate for the use of the safe. No hairdryer in the apartment (description states hairdryer), ... again, a deposit for rental. There was no soap in the bathroom. I think even just a small hand soap at the basin would be a good touch.

We booked the hols last minute and the apartments turned out to be in a great location, only 45 mins drive from the airport and 15 mins drive from beautiful Ciutadela. The pool at the resort was great and kids enjoyed it but also amazing beaches close to us. Kids also loved the breakfast which was included in our package and was very generous. Lovely staff, very friendly - looking after everyone really well.wenare going back next year.

The apartments are big and clean and basically you find whatever you might need. In front of the apartments you find several supermarkets and everything you want to buy. Plenty of restaurants walking distance and if you want Ciutadella is reachable by car in 5 minutes for more options. The pool area is nice and has a wonderful sun exposition. Chris working at breakfast is amazing but also Lindsey and Adriana are super nice too. We checked out in the morning and managed to spend half a day at the beach and showered at the reception which is super good !! If needed sun umbrellas and some beach gadgets are available for free.

The mattress is a bit hard for my standards so the first 2-3 nights were a bit uncomfortable. The apartments are cleaned daily but the beds are not done, I honestly don't know why while towels are changed. The shower gel was finished the last 2-3 days but we actually bought ours so it wasn't a big issue. Wifi is not free and despite paying it logs off often and doesn't work everywhere.

described as 2 bedroom 2 bathroom but whilst there are 2 toilets/ wash basins. there is only I shower/bath The apartment was clean and decor in general was acceptable/good condition but the furniture is very traditional, dark brown- could do with a makeover

The apartments were very spacious and fortunately, the bedrooms had much needed ceiling fans. Clean towels were given every 2 days. Lovely layout around the pool, and it didn't feel too close to neighbours. The staff were very friendly, and Lindsay especially, was extremely helpful.

There was no handsoap in the bathrooms. It would have been nice to know to bring your own pool towels.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with all of the facilities and equipment that we required. I got a hair dryer and safe hire from reception for a returnable deposit. The pool and surrounding area with sunbeds and parasols was clean and tidy. We enjoyed lunch in the dining area on a couple of occasions. All of the staff we encountered, particularly Danielle on reception were most helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble.

Quiet and relaxed with a great mix of chilled music at the bar area. But what made it for me were the staff especially Danny so polite very helpful and bubbly personality.

The beds i did not sleep hardly whilst i was here but i still loved the place.

No air con or ceiling fan. We used the plug in fan provided but it didn’t do much in the heat, plus it timed out so didn’t stay on all night.
