Spacious room with a cute little balcony. Mini fridge and a safe and also a Nespresso machine for coffee or tea. Large shower with two types of shower heads. Easy to control the air conditioning or option to open up the balcony doors. The location was wonderful and easily walkable to lots of restaurants and bars and a grocery store. Bonus that the ferry terminal was across the street. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Very clean lobby, bar and dining areas.

The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors and people in the hall. My room did not have a blanket on the bed, which would have been nice. That said, I didn't ask for one either and just made due. The bed was huge but the mattress was the firmest I have ever experienced. It could get a little uncomfortable at times. I brought my own products so not a problem, but the bathrooms only had liquid hand soap and a liquid shower/shampoo gel.

I liked being able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. Loved having the pool on the roof where I could relax in the late afternoon. The communal areas were modern. My bathroom looked like it had been given a facelift but couldn't hide the face that the bath was damaged and rather old. The bed was huge!

For some reason I thought there was a gym! It would have been good if it had had one. I ended up joining a gym for a few days that was 2 minutes from the hotel. On one occasion I needed a taxi but the hotel couldn't get me as none available. Apparently there's only one company in the town!

Location was really good, a short walk to the centre of town, the bullring and also to the ferry terminal which was just across the road. The room that we had was more than comfortable with a huge bed. The room also has air conditioning and I particularly liked the little balcony with a table and two chairs.

One of the main reasons for booking this hotel was because it had a rooftop pool and terrace. Unfortunately at the time of our visit the pool was closed so we had no access to it for the duration of our stay. (Apparently they were treating the water) We were able to use the terrace to sunbathe but the pool deck was off limits completely which was disappointing for us. Some forewarning of facilities being unavailable would have been nice.

Well located just out of the town centre, which was a short walk away. You could choose to walk through the town or along the side of the river, there were bars and restaurants on both routes. Close to everything but far enough away not to experience any noise from the busy town centre. Last visited the town 10 years ago and not much had changed which is what I had hoped, still pretty unaffected by European holiday makers and generally enjoyed by the Spanish. A good place to base yourself if you want visit Cádiz, Jerez, Saville, the white villages etc. some good connections but you will need a car.

Parking in Puerto is always a bit of a challenge and not the fault of the hotel, they have a small car park. There is parking outside but it would be good to get a spot early as these fill up quickly. You will often see people gesturing you to a space as you drive round, it is customary to give them a euro if you take the space.

The hotel was located perfectly for us. Across from the ferry terminal and walking distance into the old city. They also have a parking garage under the hotel and offer if for a reasonable price. The staff were very accomodating and helpful. We did not have a chance to use all of the facilities but the roof-top area was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful and the dining area light and friendly.

The hotel is a popular one for bus tourism which is ok but the guests were often extremely loud in the hallway area which one could hear in the room so the soundproofing is not the greatest. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom and we could of used a few more hangers.

Location ideal for us Comfortable beds ,rooms clearly recently decorated. Friendly staff in breakfast room . Parking available at cost but we found parking on street and there's a free car park just a few steps away .

Needs a shelf in bathroom for personal toiletries and some towels a little threadbare . Only a few coat hangers which might be difficult for longer stay . The hotels ability to control temperature , there was a winter heatwave whilst we were there but unable to reduce temperature of room by air conditioning and opening window onto street meant early morning noise. A fan was promptly sent but we had one really poor night's sleep

Great location , there for a wedding so perfect for church and reception. Also found a great hairdresser 2 mins away “La Colores “ super for a blow dry !

Breakfast was very mediocre & we had to request towels on day 2 as none had been left .room with river view while really comfy bed was noisy , as we had to leave door open as air conditioning didn’t seem to to work.

The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful. We have had a long stay at the hotel and the staff have been accommodating to any and all requests- from laundry service to storing bikes. The location is a 5 minute walk from pedestrian area, 20 mins from train. The wifi is more than good enough for my zoom calls and work. Good breakfast.

The location was good as it allowed us to walk into the centre, so it was good exercise.

I didnt like the fact that the Air Conditioning system could not be adjusted so had to turn it off and open the windows. Open windows over a busy street and bars nearby do not make for easy and comfortable sleep. Also a very bad smell emanating from our bathroom every time some one in an adjoining room used their bathroom.. My room was 113.

Lovely hotel, nicely done out. Good size room, good bathroom and shower. Fridge in room. Good location 2 mins from ferry to Cadiz. Free parking on the streets. Nice town we wished we'd had more time to look at, couple of mins walk from bars and restaurants. Great value.

We would have liked to have breakfast in the hotel but €12 each is a lot.
