Great Clean Hotel with great views and location.

Children running around without supervision until just after midnight making a lot of noise. Made a complaint to reception who sent a security guard to explain it was just young kids enjoying themselves....at 1145pm!!???? Don't expect a good night's rest until strangers kids have run themselves into the ground and they're ready to go to sleep. Crazy!!!

Location at the Marina Puerto Sherry, very close to the beaches.

Rooms are too noisy: you can hear the rooms next-door more than what you expect from the modern standards. For me it was not disturbing, but I can imagine it could disturb others

Excellent location. Hotel very clean. Room was large and the beds very comfortable. The view was great. Staff very helpful. Food excellent. Definitely going again.

We liked our stay in Puerto Sherry hotel. It was nice and clean, with spacious room. Breakfast was good, location perfect, kind staff...

Overlooking the marina, the hotel is perfectly situated. I had upgraded to a deluxe room with terrace as a treat & it was fantastic. Spacious & with a fabulous view, plus lovely bathroom & a real bath! The staff were all very friendly & helpful in reception, bars & restaurant. The food was very good too. There is lots of space everywhere with a great chill-out area near the pool with bar, open in the evenings too. When I had a problem with the hairdryer in my room, a new one was immediately left for me.

The pool didn’t open until 12.00 noon….too late in my opinion. 10.00am would have been much better. The music from the pool bar was unnecessarily loud….there were hardly any customers anyway so quite needless. It was noisy at night. Having a room at the front meant I could hear the music from a disco nearby, plus on my first night, the people in the room 2 doors down must have been having a get together with friends on their terrace & in their room….till at least 03.30…along with loud knocking on their door too! Thankfully I had packed earplugs! The furnishings around the hotel are a little tired in places & my curtain was falling off the rail….something that should be easy to repair….small details I know, but it is a 4* hotel.

I like the view. It was exactly what I needed to relax. I liked how everything was on the property and I didn't need to leave unless I needed to.

I didn't like extra services were cash only. This would be okay if there credit cards were accepted or if there was an ATM on the property or close by not 3 miles away. There were no American channels, I understand Spanish just a little but not enough to watch television comfortably.

The price was excellent. Lovely location on the marina. Secure parking available.

Restaurant was OK but lacked atmosphere.

I fractured my foot pool bar area where there was a low step, dim lighting and no sign to show the step so maybe they could look at this?
