The apartment is in an excellent location in the Old Town. It was comfortable, clean, perfectly equipped with lovely shower, hob, fridge and cooking/eating equipment. The apartment is 15 minute walk from the train station. In addition, the apartment is one minute walk from the bus station, where for 1.1 euro you can catch the bus to the fabulous beaches. We also discovered on the 1st floor brilliant clothes washing facilities with two washing machines and a tumbler dryer, which is all complimentary. Also, in the foyer, you are offered complimentary soft drinks and biscuits. We would definitely recommend these apartments for a stay in Cadiz.

Simply everything - we were give one of the nicest rooms - facing the street, on a higher floor and we could see the plaza and the big ferries deparing and arriving from the big windows. There is a very tiny balcony but it is not recommended to go outside, instead there is a huge roof-top terrace - open for all guests with sofas and sunbeds - overlooking the Cadiz roofs - really nice at dawn and evening. You can go to it with the lift to the top. The room itself was very large with a great and comfortable bed and a kitchen box with a big fridge, There was also space for a table two big chairs and a desk, and a wardrobe. The bathroom was big, very clean and modern, with a huge mirror. The shower cabine was very modern, spacious and with a strong water pressure. We didn't expect to have a cleaning service - but the lady was coming every day - really great extra! The design of the room and the surrounding arresa are very stylish and made with great attention of detail. At the ground floor there is a very nice area with small tables and chairs where you can work and drink free coffee/tea/water/juices throught the day. The outside door is with a digit code - very convenient. The stuff was very kind and helpfull. The location is very convenient - there's a bus just steps from the building, it is also very close to the seaside promenade, and the two narrow streets on the left and right side of the building are going right to the center of the old town for some 5-6 min walk. There is a great flamenco venue - a bar with live acts from Thursdays to Sundays just around the corner. Overall we had an amazing experience in this hotel and would definrtly come back when in Cadiz!

- guests should have in mind that there is no car access, as the building is at the center of a pedestrian street/plaza, but there are paid parkings in 5-10 min away - the constructions that the other travelers were complaining about are almost over, so don't worry, the noise (if any) is distant and bearable, and cannot ruin your stay

Excellent location to train station. The girl on reception was lovely supplied us with a map of area answered any questions & took our passport details. Although we were early for checkin our room was ready. The apartment was perfect very well left out & had all amenities we needed. Very clean. Walkable to all tourist sites. Added bonus was the tea/coffee water & soft drinks & biscuits available all day just off reception gratis/free. We stayed only 1nt which we regret as we loved Cadiz but will definitely return to this city & stay here. Although it is an early check out 10am we were able to leave our bags until we were getting our train. When we returned to lift them at lunchtime the receptionist told us to have a coffee or soft drink before we left. Loved this place

Loved everything

The room was on the first floor with access to coffee, beverages and snacks that were provided. The room was exceptionally large and very comfortable. There was a small kitchen and dining table that provided everything we needed to have a nice lunch, breakfast or dinner. The bedroom was located very far from the living room so provided privacy and quiet if one person wanted to retire earlier than the other. I would highly recommend.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The staff was excellent. Thanks for a great stay.

The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. We didn‘t use the kitchen but I think it had everything you need to cook there. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. There were free snacks and drinks in the lobby which was a nice add-on. The location is amazing. Right in the center and close to a lot of restaurants and bars. The beach is a 10 to 15 minute walk away, depending where exactly you want to go.

Unfortunately, the wifi didn’t work very well during our stay, but besides that everything was good.

Everything was great - large and light room, huge bed, suitably equipped kitchen, working aircon etc. The fridge and coffee machine on the ground floor were a nice touch (different kind of coffee/tea and cold drinks such as water, juice, cola, fanta were free of charge for guests). The reception girl had good suggestions about where to eat etc. Would definitely stay in this apartment again.

The reception girl did not speak much English (but at the same time, almost none of the other service providers in Cadiz did either). The construction work in front of the building was a little loud on daytime, but otherwise it was very nice and quiet stay.

We were upgraded to a standard apartment, which was spacious and very comfortable. The guest lounge with access to tea, coffee and drinks was a nice touch especially if you had forgotten to get something and just wanted a refreshing soft drink. The laundry facilities were excellent with a washing machine and dryer provided for guests free of charge. The location is great. Marta at the front desk was very helpful.

Although the kitchen looks cosmetically pleasing, it is very impractical. The overhead cupboards are not indented which makes it difficult not to bang your head when washing dishes, cooking a meal. The refrigerator door cannot be open easily. Therefore, it defeated the purpose of having a kitchen. The check-in and check-out are not standard. The checkout time between 9 to 10 was too early. Be aware that it is noisy at night with people leaving bars etc. in the early hours of the morning.

A beautiful building (former offices?) on the edge of a green square a stone’s throw from the sea - where isn’t in Cádiz! Newly furnished (by IKEA?) our room was quiet and comfortable. bedroom separated from the living area by a corridor with storage and a kitchenette and bathroom at either end. The bed was comfortable, though the air con dried us out at night even though it wasn’t on. we couldn’t find a bottle opener! that was my only gripe, easily rectified. Local bars, cafe’s and restaurants on the doorstep meant we didn’t have to wonder far. We stayed as many days in a flat in Bournemouth that cost more and was a disgrace. Cádiz is marvellous - want to come back.

Excellent location close to the old town of Cadiz. The apartment was comfortable with a small kitchen and excellent shower and comfortable bed. There was also ironing facilities and a hairdryer and personal toiletries. it was great to have coffee, tea and soft drinks available 24 hours in the lobby area.

We had a ground floor apartment and our windows were right alongside a pedestrian walkway which was quite noisy at night. Ask for a room on the first floor or higher.

The staff on the desk were helpful and friendly and the cleaners did an excellent job of keeping our room neat and tidy. Great location near the station and the old town.

It was a little noisy from revellers on Friday and Saturday nights outside the building but it was only a slight inconvenience.
