very very nice premises and rooms. not walking distance from puerto de Santa Maria but very nice. We had asked for a queen bed and ended up with 2 singles. They were not very flexible on the first night but agreed to move is the 2nd night. they said that when I booked it was a preference but that they didn’t commit to it. I felt it was quite an important preference/ request to fulfill for a couple on vacation!!!!!!

requires a car to get to the center and beaches. All the booking sites said the pool was closed. turns out it was not but it was too late for us when we found out.

I like the location of the hotel is real quite and safe, rooms and bathroom are very big with a nice balcony. Very good housekeeping . Front desk very helpful, overall a nice stay.I love the decoration and cleaning.

Maybe because is winter time the amount of worker's are minimal to attend little things that would make and outstanding stay need to pay attention to little details like my room 611. The frame of bathroom need some work overall. The rugs on the room's need to be removed are not on poor conditions but people with allergies is not recommended or need to have a deep very good cleaning to compensate the inconvenience. Restaurant only function for breakfast on this time of the year. Air conditioner do not work, temperature is control by management that means that heating is always on if you need to refresh your room need to open the balcony door. I present healthy problems with heating.

The place is stunning, super relaxing and fantastic location

The booking.com description was not very accurate, only premium rooms have balconies, but the app said standard rooms had them too, the hotel bar/restaurant and poolside bar are only open in peak season, we were not made aware of this and assumed in 30° early September they would be open.The staff were very understanding and gave us a free upgrade, so that we had a kitchen with fridge and could at least get some shopping, not perfect, but saved the day for us!

fabulous for touring and relaxing. we stayed in Casa number 6, the rooms were huge and very comfortable. breakfast was very good with a large choice. pool and grounds were a tropical paradise

unfortunately the staff were quite unfriendly, only very limited interaction with us as paying guests. There was a charge for towels, which is fair enough however, this was not explained to us either on arrival or when asking for them. A vending machine would have been helpful to buy water ect as there was no bar.

Our room was upgraded free of charge on arrival to a suite, which was absolutely lovely. The hotel was quiet and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The gardens were beautiful. It was very well located in a quiet street yet close to the main ring road and only a few minutes walk to a shopping/restaurant/bar area. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately our room was only partially serviced between our 2 night stay. The beds weren't made and the hospitality tray was not replenished, although the bins had been emptied. Management were very apologetic about this and it must have been a genuine error.

Pools were great and fresh fruit at breakfast was delicious. Beautiful comfortable bedroom. Beautiful property with stunning gardens.

the wifi was awful - didn't work for either of us. Sometimes the breakfast was a little stale - like they were reusing food from the day before. It was generally good tho. The pool at the back of the property needed cleaning more - I'm not fussy but just a net on the side of the pool to fish everything out would have been useful.

The hotel was quite far from El Puerto de Santa Maria train station. About 2.8 miles however when I arrived, they informed me that they’d upgraded my room to a suite. The hotel was beautiful. My room was stunning. The staff were super helpful. I also liked the local area. It had lovely restaurants and boutiques. I had an incredibly comfortable stay there. I would highly recommend it.

We visited the hotel in April. The room and all the furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. It had a huge bathroom and a large terrace. We would also be back here in a few weeks in high season. The staff was very kind and spoke English. We were able to park the car in front of the hotel, but this is certainly not the case in the summer. I heartily recommend this little gem hotel.

Everything was perfect! The beach is approx. 2 km away but the hotel has its own swimming pool.

Stayed last week in February 2022. The quality of this hotel was excellent and well deserves a top rating. On street parking close by. Heated indoor pool. Good breakfast and large comfy room. There was nothing to dislike. We had a rental car which is recommended because of the hotels location. Good covid measures

Not sure if it was due to low season but there was no restaurant serving evening meals in the hotel. There are few restaurants open before 20-00 in the area.

Awesome hotel with SPA included. They gave us a better room for free. Highly recommended. Parking at 10 euros per day but it's full of free parkings outside the hotel. Super comfy and cozy rooms/apartments. 25 minuts from cadiz. Many restaurants supermarkets pretty close. Friendly and very professional staff. I hope we'll back some day.
