Short walk to the beach front. Quiet road opposite a local bakery and other shops. Nice pool with plenty of sunbeds although you did have to chase the sun in the afternoon. Staff all very friendly/helpful. Sky Bar a nice addition. Would be more pleasant on warmer evenings.

Room wasn't in the best condition, a bit tired in places. Shower height adjuster was broken. Outside light was constantly coming on throughout the night even though we were at the end of the floor. Building works next door but this won't be all the time, it just happened to be whilst we were visiting. Hotel not centrally situated, was at one end of the beach which meant having to walk further to the Marina etc

The hotel was very clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable. Swimming pool was lovely and cleaned thoroughly every morning, plenty of food for breakfast

Large group of german/Swedish people in hotel that were very loud and disruptive especially in the pool and at breakfast! Despite complaints from us and several other people carried on. Needed bed side cabinets or shelves, we used the chairs in the room. Plenty of food at breakfast but not to everyone's taste, very continental. I enjoyed it, salads, croissants, fruit etc. Scrambled/fried egg beans.

Easy access from motorway. Friendly welcome/entrance/ first impressions. Apartment spacious, everything you need. Swimming pool area well kept and enough space. Pool bar area with plenty seating. Breakfast limited range but catered to all needs. Again clean and well looked after. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely return here if in the area in the future. Very good value for the money.

Difficulty to park anywhere close by. We were luck and were able to get a space at the hotel (limited). I would hate to try and park in high season. Rooms could be done with some soundproofing and areas of the room a little tired, or, poorly maintained.

@ bedroom apartment was very spacious and even had 2 bathrooms! Lots of towels, spare pillows and extra blankets. Kitchen area comes with microwave, sink and hob; and pans plates, cups, glasses, cutlery and utensils are provided. Beds very comfy and air conditioning in every room. Really great experience. Supermarket close by.

Can be a bit noisy at the weekends, which is a disadvantage if you have young family. Wifi reception did not reach to bedrooms (corner apartment). Outdoor pool was open but is not heated and in February, even in warm weather is way to cold to even get in, not to mention swim.

It looked recently refurbished so was very nice and had all the facilities we needed. Felt like staying in a nice hotel but with the added bonus of self catering too which was great. Staff were really friendly and helpful and it's in walkable distance to the beach, shops and train station.

We stayed on the 9th floor which is below the sky bar, on our last night there was an event on and it was very loud and we could very clearly hear dancing/footsteps above us, luckily it finished at 12 but it may not be ideal for families with children etc.

The hotel is modern and well maintained. Bedrooms are well equipped, the kitchen unit is a bonus for those who wish to do some self catering. Bathroom spotless with everything you need. There is a good sized swimming pool and sun lounge area. Staff universally helpful. There is a Sky Bar which is open on a number of evenings. The hotel is close to a number of bars and restaurants and about a six minute stroll from the beach.

The hotel suffers from the curse of so many Spanish hotels. Thin walls. Occasionally quite a wait for a lift. ( Elevator to American readers).

We picked veramar mainly because of the location as we know fuengi well and know parking is difficult veramar is a few minutes walk away from the free car park next to the mosque . They do also have parking onsite at a charge of €15 a day if you find that more convenient. A few minutes walk to the old part of town and also the beach makes this a great stay in fuengirola. Pool area is nice with a bar , you'll have to get up early to get a sunbed though . The sky bar was a nice bonus . The rooms are simple, clean and convenient with a small kitchen with everything you need if you did want to cook.

Stayed at the Veramar for a month and worked remotely whilst there. The apartments are comfortable, clean and well equipped. Upon arrival I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi but reception gave me a signal booster for my room and it was excellent after that. The location is great - a 5min walk to the beach and close to the Miramar shopping centre. The reception staff are exceptional and a credit to the hotel - always friendly and willing to help.

Sadly, the Sky bar didn't open until April but I understand I was there during low season.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Firstly the staff on reception were lovely and always there if needed. Cleaners were fab and the rooms were generous size with a little kitchen if u wanted to cook. Aircon was great and comfortable beds... Only downfall for me in the room was there wasn't a bedside table which was unusual. Pool= well it was lovely very clean and tidy and a nice little bar.. But be warned there are very selfish people who think it's OK to put towels down early bugger off out for the day and come back to hotel later and have the beds... Not good... So after the 4 th day of not getting one I thought stuff it I'll do the same... Close to bus station, supermarket, train station and the marina.. Beach about 400m Also little bakers across the road is lovely. So all in all a great quiet little hotel and would deffinatly go back Thanks for a great stay

Not enough sunbeds Selfish people leaving there towels on beds all day when there not there.. Would have been nice to have a bedside tables But carnt fault the rest Thanks again

Room quite small but suitable.view from balcony overlooking residential block.breakfast ok but food only luke warm.over zealous manager who made us feel a little uneasy by walking around looking to take away any used plates etc we only walked to get a coffee came back out orange juice gone 🤣 parking can be difficult unless you pay to park which is quite expensive.
