Great breakfast, and good value on the buffet. staff were accommodating, room was nice.

my own fault for not understanding- but do not get your laundry done here! paid 100 euros for one load- unfortunately language barrier, but you would think they would have indicated better how expensive it would be! Also, the bathroom had a slight sewage smell- may need a new toilet seal. After addressing the laundry issue, they did accommodate us by allowing us to break our contract early without penalty. thank you for that.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is very close to the Feria Valencia, but it feels more like a vacation hotel than a business hotel. In the area of the hotel, there are several small shops and bars that can be reached by foot. The metro with connection to the airport or city center is also very close. The hotel restaurant offers a good buffet, so it is not even necessary to leave the hotel for dinner.

The hotel was easy to access from the motorway and had underground parking. Dinner is a buffet for 15 euros which includes water and a bottle of wine. Must mention David the waiter who was very pleasant. It is a 10 minute walk to the metro which takes you to the centre, Bull Ring, one simple change. From there catch the no 35 bus to the science museum and the ocean centre. Don’t bother with the Red/Green Bus tour as there is nothing of real interest to see.

We had a room over looking the pool and there was a continuous humming noise which was worst during the night when it was quiet

In terms of value this hotel was an excellent choice. It was far and away the most reasonably priced for our weekend in Valencia. The reason for this is the location which is outside of the city centre. However, the public transport system in Valencia is so efficient that access to the city is easy (bus or metro) and takes around 20 minutes. We also travelled to the beach on the tram which took around 50 mins. If you want a pool and a relaxing break with access to the city centre then it's a great base. The pool was great and is actually much nicer than the pictures. The breakfast was plentiful and of decent standard with a wide range to suit all tastes/nationalities. It's about 10 mins in a taxi from the airport and there is a supermarket about 2 mins walk from the hotel

quite a good option to stay if you are in Valencia. it’s a bit far away from the city Center, you have to use metro or bus (at night they also have bus) to get there. but in general it’s good, room is clean and has everything you need. price is also much cheaper than in the city Center.

location is not perfect, but I already knew it and for me it’s not a problem. everything else is good

Room was amazing, windows opened all the way. Bathroom was clean, shower pressure good. Staff were very nice and extremely helpful. Breakfast was sublime. Pool area very well kept and pleasant. Gym small but nice. Lifts worked and were quick. Meals were nice as well.

Water would constantly change between hot and cold. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable, queen size was just 2 smaller beds pushed together. Not the nearest to town but close to bus stop.

My husband and I had their set evening menu 36 euros y bottle of red wine priced at 10.euros which was good our meals were awful starters 6 tiny bits of sepia , mine a finger of avocado few cut lettuce the was called caesar, main A tail tiny piece of over cooked blackened fish y lots of bones which I complained to the waiter husband it said goulash terrine it came shredded little tiny portion about a ladle size. Surrounded by an empty plate. Although I complained they just brought the bill 46.euros there was manager present at the time because I want the rubbish slop 36 euros returned to me it really spoilt our stay. THIS IS HOTEL RISCAL COMENT FEED BACK.

Bed comfort, pillow, room, clean, zero noise, swimming pool

There was only a bed sheet to cover while sleeping and we don't like to sleep with heating on. We rather sleep with window open to have air circulating and use something warmer to cover up. Location if you don't have a car or moto it might be unconfortable to reach.

The property has great location in quiet community and a stroll to the metro. Food was excellent and the pool was perfect. The staff were helpful providing maps for the various attractions etc

Nothing at all

On the outskirts of Valencia close to the main rail station it is ideal for an overnight stop. The centre of Valencia is a 25 minute ride on the metro with the nearest station a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is great with all the facilities needed including excellent underground parking. Good restaurant and really helpful reception staff.

Location meant it was a pain to get into the city although that is not the hotel's fault! Overall the hotel and staff are great but it is not the hotel if you want to explore Valencia.
