Rooms clean and of a good size. Good location just behind the main street. Was also really handy having parking provided just around the corner which cost 15 euros per day.

The place was a bit hard to get to but the hotel provided some helpful instructions as to how to get to the door by car which was appreciated.

It's exactly as it looks in the picture. It's very simple, but comfortable and clean. The location is fantastic, in a quiet side-alley right next to a very big street. There are plenty of small cafés around and we reached every monument on foot. Even the Alhambra took us 20 min walking. There's a small supermarket around the corner. There was no fridge in the room (which was clear when we booked) but you can leave foodstuff/drinks with the staff to put in the fridge. It was a great stay and a very good value for money.

The hotel has a modern feel and is well presented. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good location being a short walk from all the main attractions and shops/restaurants etc.

It did not affect my stay, but worth noting that the road outside the hotel is currently being resurfaced so it was all a bit of a building site. There was no noise or nuisance which I was aware of but just FYI for anyone planning to stay in the next few weeks.

The hotel exceeds the expectations described in other reviews. We didn't experience any of the problems that people have had. The staff is so amazing (thanks Juanma and Manuel!), with great recommendations to discover the city and eat well. I'd definitely stay again in this hotel for my next visit.

Is it a bit noisy as other reviews suggest? Well, me and my partner didn't experience any kind of noise. Our friends did hear people on the street passing by but that didn't bother them at all. The doors of the room could use maintenance so they can properly close without being smashed. Besides that, everything was perfect.

The hotel is walking distance from the center (not a far away for those who want to have siesta during summer time 🙂). We stayed in a clean room. The receptionists were very accommodating. They were jolly to greet you in the lobby. There is a mini lounge in the reception floor for waiting guests.

No ironing board available that time but this is not a big issue. I think we can suggest to have earlier breakfast time so guests can have earlier time as well to explore the city. We did not have our full 1st breakfast time because we had to catch for our early time slot in Alhambra.

Good central location yet no noise could be heard from the room. The bathroom was extremely clean and the room had everything one would need including, A/C, TV, good WiFi, soap, comfortable bed, good lighting, hair dryer and more. I managed to get everywhere on foot although the coach station is a bit far.

The A/C was a little bit noisy at night and it was too hot to leave it turned off.

Hotel was at a central location, staff were very friendly and were very helpful on any given time.

There was relaying of stones in street of the hotel and the road was blocked which made access a bit difficult. Reception lady came to guide us when I called the hotel.

Very clean, quiet and really comfortable beds. Manuel on reception was very kind and helpful. My son and I also liked walking around the floors of the hotel and looking at the paintings on display. The area is fascinating: lots of street art and really friendly. There was a supermarket just 1min away.

Everything was perfect

The room was clean and smart with friendly and helpful staff. Located just off the gran Vía de Colón ment it was in the heart of the city without the traffic noise. I will be happy to stay here again.

This is not the hotels fault as some works are being done laying new paving blocks further up the street and there was a lot of dust.

We absolutely loved this small hotel. We were welcomed by Manuel who has a great recomendations and a charming smile.The staff is very nice, the hotel very clean and in the great location, a step from Grand vía. Our bathroom even had a bidet and a balcony. We were taking our breakfast acros the street in the Eco Hotel and their brekfast was great! Also, the bathroom has a soap distributer and not like in the other hotels this small soaps who broke after two usages. I recommand absolutely Hotel Granada Centro.
