location is amazingly close to everything. The staff is extremely welcoming and accommodating. we did not experience the issues mentioned with wifi, it worked fine.

it is outside their control, but if you are staying in one of the rooms above the street where district 69, after hours bar, is located…they don’t stop partying on weekends until 8 am the next morning.

The staff is out of this world. Super helpful, nice attentive and patient. I went with my 3 cats and I had a sort of emergency and they went up and beyond for me to have a better time. They even gave me a bigger room for no extra charge because I had three cats. The receptionist Antonio was un amor de persona as they say in Spanish. Such a delight, they made my hectic time way better. Thank you so much!

The bed wasn't comfortable at all, by that time, I hadn't slept for 3 days, and I thought I would even sleep on the floor, but strangely enough, the bed was even less comfortable than sleeping on the floor and I also couldn't sleep 🤣 no complaints though, this is what you get for this price. Also the bathtub didn't have any borders so I felt so bad flooding the floor with water. Sorry for the cleaning people!

All in all, it was good and clean welcoming and helpful staff

I didn't like that the sheets and towels had odd smell, they were clean but with this weird smell, And my room had a window to the elevator opening and it made some weird loud noises every now and then 😅 Also no mini fridge which is essential for cooling a little bottle of water in the hot summer of Spain, though to be fair the room description didn't mention a mini fridge

Location was perfect,easy to go around ,everything was on walking distance.Staff were excellent . Ernesto on reception is bonus for the Hotel. Also Antonio in roof bar was great. Everybody in hotel are so nice. Well done

Value for money was good. Nothing spectacular but enough for what I need.Lift is far to small if I have to say anything negative. But was still functional without any problem.

First impressions are everything and this hotel certainly meets high expectations, especially from a customer service point of view. It's been so long since we were traveling that I honestly thought mainland Europe had mostly English as a second language, but how wrong was I. Previously were had travelled up from Almeria where we had google translate on constantly so we weren't optimistic about traveling to Granada. The hotel receptionist was super friendly, professional and was accustomed to chatting to guests in English. Check in/out was smooth and well detailed. Bar staff & Housekeeping had great energy and we're attentive. We really appreciated that the hotel had enthusiastic staff that held Linguistic skills as mentioned in booking.com.

The location is central and the staff are really kind and knowledgeable about the attractions in Granada. The room is quite spacious.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and the shower seemed old even though it was cleaned. Some noise from outside but no big deal when the windows are closed.

The room was clean and comfortable. For the low price that I paid, the room met my expectations. The hotel was also located near the touristic sites.

There was no window in the room and it made feel like being inside a cave. Other than that, I had no complaints on this hotel.

Parking requires some skills. If you don’t feel comfortable with tight spaces I wouldn’t use it.

The only complain is because they renovating the building outside and the workers started to making noises before 7 in the morning
