Breakfast and dinner were very good I was disappointed that the hotel no longer offers to look after luggage on the last day after checking out I have been many times to the Ziriab and they previously offered changing and showering facilities as well as luggage storage on the day we checked out This was not available and we were told to put luggage in our car and change in the toilets This is a retrograde step and such a shame it has been lost

Bring back the facility of luggage storage and shower and changing facilities so that guests can ski on the last day having checked out

The location of the hotel is great. Right in the town centre with fantastic views down over the valley Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and again, with great views The room was clean and very warm, which was great because it was very cold outside! The Moose bar is great to unwind and eat and drink after a long day out skiing! Will definitely stay here again!

Would be great if there was a spa or pool but didnt really spoil my stay at the hotel

The Christmas buffet was 77 euros a person and you had to pay for drinks. That is more expensive than a ‘buffet’ in Switzerland or New York City. the buffet was decent. For 77 euros, one would expect high quality aged steak cooked over a fire or cast iron grill. Instead, they were cheaper cuts of meat cooked in oil on a griddle stove. I would value the buffet on Christmas Eve at 50 euros a person and that is still high, especially for Spain.

Very cosy hotel with a fantastic location and snow ski environment

there was not a luggage room to store our belongings on the last day, and the staff at the day of the departure were not very kind. although the pevious staff, Pedro found a sokution and all was set, at the last minute the staff did not allowed to let our luggage in a dedicated room 🤬

The location was great, really close to the main ski lift & bars and restaurants. Loved the fact that when parked car in underground carpark were able to walk straight into hotel. Reception staff were both friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean & kept clean by staff on daily basis. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

Only little thing that didnt like was the lighting in the bedroom which could have been brighter.

Excellent location, nice and cozy winter decoration. Ski lockers available at the main ski lift. Direct access to the hotel from the underground parking.

Extremely noisy, tiled ground, waterpipes, Kenny G at 8am?. No restaurant available unless breakfast. Very small shower screen with the consequent bath flooding. No hot dishes at breakfast due to COVID situation with limited assigned area.

Initially was worried I had booked the wrong hotel after reading the reviews that the beds were uncomfortable and rooms were noisy. However I need not have worried, I was on level -4 and hardly and noise was heard from other rooms. And the beds were fine! Location was perfect not far at all from the lift and the ski lockers located by the main ski lift was perfect. I look forward to returning in the future.

Shame there was no bar on site.

Location is perfect for skiing and hotel lockers are excellent to store your material and access the resort.

The corridors outside the bedroom are not very well isolated in terms of sounds and you listen everyone walking around.

Excellent location right in centre of resort. Direct access to car park & provision of ski locker room right next to the main gondola was a big plus. Very clean, warm and comfortable hotel. Rooms were cleaned daily. Great shower.

Perfect location. Friendly stuff. Comfortable environment. Very good breakfast buffet. I will stay here again next ski season.

It would be ideal if there was WiFi in the room. (there is WiFi in public area)
