the breakfast was top! anything one can imagine. bread could have been better. With Level status, there was a quiet breakfast place offered too. Also with Level, there was a great exclusive lounge at the lobby for snacks and drinks but mostly to chill comfortably on couches. The kids loved the pool after the skiing every day. The location was perfect next to the lifts Borreguiles, Al Andalus and Jara, ski rentals and restaurants. Ski lockers and parking very convenient at hotel.

The spa and pool facilities could be better managed. Was too crowded and noisy. Think since kids restricted till 19h, only adults should be also restricted to from 19h. This was very expensive. We usually go to the Alps, and this was more costly, but less value even as a venue. I think it was the school holiday week (though that is the same for the Alps) and somehow us inadvertently getting a room with the Level status privileges, which we did enjoy.

Didn't like our original room, had a bunk bed and we were expecting a single bed for our 21year old daughter. Bunk bed was not happening. They didn't have any other rooms unless we upgraded to "The Level", which we did. Cost us an extra £500 approx. But we loved The Level. Room was modern, nice view of the resort, nespresso coffee machine, mini bar with soft drinks. Access to the spa and breakfast served in the level restaurant upstairs. Quiet, table service, eggs made to order - great start to the day. Also had use of the club room - reception level - alcoholic drinks, snacks, coffee, water - available all day. I had the misfortune to break my ankle during the stay and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and genuinely concerned. Will definitely return.

location and the food was in general ver good except last day when my son’s chicken was undercooked and even bloody and he had stomach problems

this was our second stay and it was the same as last year. The pool and saunas are badly managed. the facilities are fine but the staff just sit in an office handing out towels whilst a hundred kids run around the pool jumping on your head and even jumping around the saunas ( extremely dangerous- awaiting disaster) and throwing slush ice from the machine. we were there four days and it was the same from morning till 7 pm when kids were not allowed. just need one life guard keeping order and let people take a towel

Location excellent - walking distance to all ski areas and to shops and restauraunts, bathroom lovely - much more modern than room & had big fluffy towels & luxury toiletries, breakfast very good - lots of variety, spa/pool area is excellent, hotel is cozy and warm

room very small and old fashioned for price - bit expensive, no kettle in room but was tea and cups, room little bit cold, hotel has no parking - had to pay extra e25 per day for public parking under neath hotel with no discount for hotel visitors, room a bit noisy due to close to kids area/bar but not a big problem.

The Hotel was good for any location but exceptional for a Ski resort hotel Staff were so helpful the hotel has a children's area and a gaming area but not like some tacky hotels have .Id stay at the hotel again but the ski resort needs to up its game .

No reflection on the Hotel But The Ski area closes at the drop of a hat not sure they should be running a resort any wind or poor conditions snow cannons everywhere but not in use

proximity to the ski station and practical with ski lockers easily accessible big indoor pool and spa facilities… kids had a lot of fun at the pool… the night show was very good, the musicians that perform are real and expert (flamenco show, saxophone etc…)

rooms were too hot, takes time for them to cool down after we turned off the heat… breakfast could be better…

Lots of great facilities.. Great breakfast buffet... Good entertainment in the evenings and classes such as yoga and pilates... Close to the main square area, restaurants, bars and the main ski gondolas.

No milk in the rooms for the hot drinks supplied. The, sauna and steam. Rooms were quite small for the size of hotel and no. Of guests. Quite expensive!

Great location near to the pistes. Brilliant breakfasts. Yoga and fitness classes were very good. Spa facilities great after a day on the piste. Rooms very nice.

Ski lockers are not heated so wet boots/gloves do not dry. Information not as good as it could be, we were not told we needed to book even the Tapas bar for supper. Fitness classes had an unadvertised time change but the teacher did an extra class for us which was very good. The hotel could put an information sheet in the rooms explains spa procedure/restaurants/classes etc. TV was very complicated and we could not get to link to Prime or Netflix as we could not get to type in passwords and user ids.

Great location. Staff were excellent. We travelled with my 20 year old son who is Celiac and the hotel were extremely accommodating. Fresh food made for him at breakfast and dinner including gluten free pasta, and they recommended restaurants for lunch. This made the trip so much more relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

ROOMS ARE SMALL but very comfortable. breakfast is great.

Noise in corridors when you are close to the stairs. they should put signs for people to be quiet when going up and down stairs.
