The hotel is priced at mid/upper levels and achieved expectations for the price. The staff experienced and regular for the ski season and ready to answer any queries, polite and helped deliver the charm of the hotel. The buffet style food was satisfactory and met expectations. Bar prices good value for money. The car underground garage was convenient and priced well. The ski lockers helped organise day to day family skiing. The walk to the main chairlift (Al Andalus) took about 5/10 minutes depending upon children speed though a few flights of stairs of note. The hotel was charming and bedrooms satisfactory and met our expectations. We enjoyed our stay.

Location is great and the hotel is very good! Love the indoor pool that helps to rest after a long day snowboarding but what will make me come back to the hotel for sure is the staff. The lady from the SPA is extremely nice and the lady at the breakfast (they unfortunately I forgot her name) is the nicest and happiest worker I’ve met. Of course all of the others in the hotel were great but these two women made the difference.

Parking spot are limited but this is normal in almost any hotel in Sierra Nevada.

Location was great. The breakfast was decent, but not exceptional. The service was excellent. The staff is lovely and very attentive and kind. The spa, although small was really worth it. Overall, it was a good experience.

The esthetics of the lounge area could be improved. It wasn’t appealing to sit in that area and have a drink or tea, etc. If the overall look of the hotel would improve people would enjoy staying there more, I feel. Also, I went to book a massage as advertised, but they said the massage center would not be ready until another week- that was disappointing.

Everything was so amazing we only stayed one night we wished we had stayed more! The staff was very helpful and showed us our way to the garage and we parked our car in it ,they gave us our room earlier as it was ready ,we loved it especially the view. We really enjoyed our day out in the snow up the mountains and then came back and had a relaxing time in the indoor pool .Breakfast next morning was lovely and so yummy!! We really had a lovely stay thanks to all,would really love to book same hotel again!

Great location - only a short walk down to the centre . The staff were all helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had great views of Granada from the balcony . Breakfast buffet was very good with a range of hot and cold dishes . Secure parking is available at a cost of 27 euros a day .

The pool and sauna area were very small and there is additional charge to use the sauna - so didn’t use it.

Food is excellent (we read some reviews complaining but it was really wonderful). Beds are comfortable.

That you have to pay for the jacuzzi and that the pool is only open from 4pm. There's a nightclub next door so be sure to ask for a room as far away as possible.

Almost everything ! We liked the room comfort (lots of storage space, hangers, cupboards, etc), the wifi worked perfectly, the views was spectacular, the distance to the plaza below was very short, the breakfast, the staff, the cleaning, etc..

The noise at night. There is a disco / bar next door. Every night, there are people chatting and music. I must specify that the windows are extra thick which prevents the noise of entering. The problem is that we normally like to keep a window open in order to have fresh air coming inside the room. So, we closed the window most of the night. Every 2 or 3 hours, one of us opened the window for 10 min to freshen the air. It's not a big deal if you don't need fresh air.

Location was second to none. Hotel have great old fashion feel. Swimming pool was small but water perfectly warm. Nice mountain views. Breakfast adequate, no frills.

Heating was from A/C there was no radiator. It would be great to have possibility to dry clothes. There was no kettle in the room. Receptionists gave me thermos with hot water instead!. No parking.

Perfect location for lifts, shops, bars and restaurants. Just down some stairs and you're in the main square. The hotel is full of charm, old objects of interest all over the hotel to look at. Reception staff extremely helpful, we left our car in their underground carpark approx £16 per night. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice continental as well as cooked. Swimming pool was OK, although you have to wear swim hats, buy at €3 or bring your own. It's quite small and only 7 people allowed in at one time (could be a covid rule, but wouldn't want many more as not big enough to swim in anyway) Hotel was very warm inside, bedroom was a little hot despite turning heating off and patio door open. We were fortunate to have a large balcony (room 206) and sat on it to watch the world go by, literally as there is a chair lift is almost within touching distance going past. The red sand from the Sahara had left its mark on everything including the snow, we had to clean the patio chairs ourselves before using them. But this was not a problem just nature doing its thing at times! A lovely few days was had at the hotel and the resort. The resort was busy when we arrived on Sunday. But very quiet, and lots of places shut on the Monday, could be the norm as we may have be nearing the end of the ski season (we didn't go for skiing just the views and and snow) at night apart from a small area it was totally dead, nothing in the main square open, no people wondering around really very quiet not many restaurants open. Would recommend going, you can make your own entertainment and enjoy what it offers.

Although the hotel was very nice, its is a little bit shabby in some areas, the bathroom is tired and old fashioned (power shower was excellent) too many mirrors! It's not a modern hotel, nor would I want to be but as there are plenty of those in SN. Also the faux grass on balcony was ripped and torn and makes it shabby and dirty and when wet slippery. It's got four stars but I think it's a very good 3*

The breakfast was fantastic and there were varieties. The room was of normal temperature, which means we were able to sleep comfortably and without blankets despite the cold outside. The location was perfect, right in front of the ski arena and surrounded by restaurants and shops for ski gadgets for rentals.

Everything was as expected.
