Friendly staff, flexible rules, awesome food, friendly animals (dog Alma and unnamed mountain cat), nice services (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, billiards etc.) and awesome atmosphere in the middle of the mountains. Relatively short distances to services (you can't except anything else in the mountains if you want a better spot like this) and a free car park, wich is useful. If you do not come with your own car, a internet based people transport was around 15-20€ with 20min wait to the nearest villages.

That the sauna was not in use, but there was an reasonable explanation for that. Maybe next time, I suggest to ask about that before the accomodation starts.

It is perfect if you need to have some retreat from the city life. The mountains and views are so breathtaking. You have everything in the hotel (like restaurant, billiard, bar, sauna etc) and you can rent everything for skiing or snowboarding. I would definitely come back there some time.

Price and location, parking, staff very helpful, lifts to the 2nd floor, ample space in the room and breakfast.

Ski hire shop at the hotel was closed so had to hire from the resort. No problem though. Also struggled to communicate with the hotel by email & telephone

This accommodation was ok. Nothing spectacular but good for two night stay.

Room and surroundings were not much clean. Everything was quite old and there was not that much to choose from at the breakfast. As I said, everything was just ok.

The hotel is a really good option if you go skiing in Sierra Nevada as it's only 15 minutes away. They also have free parking. The room was really warm and the breakfast good although not very varied. The staff is nice and helpful. We haven't stayed a lot so we haven't used some of their services that come in handy on a ski trip like equipment rental and storage or sauna. It's also a good option when you are there with little kids.

Amazing view of the valley from your room (if you are lucky to get one on the right side), free parking, ski-rental service, great value for money

Limited breakfast, a bit outdated bathroom, and facilities

The staff is really welcoming, always there for whatever you may need. Very considerate since we travelled with a baby, we would go again without a doubt.

Outside the room it was kind of cold, the breakfast room specifically was a bit more than chilly.

The views from the room were incredible. Perfect location if you have a rental car. The staff could not have been more friendly they were lovely. Added bonus they had some super cute dogs! Breakfast was good and the beds were so comfy.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and chatty. It was in a very convenient location to drive 10 mins to park and ski. we enjoyed drinks and lovely tapas after our days skiing most nights.

The bathroom floor and walls weren’t very clean when we arrived.

The location was really good and friendly staff also the dog Alma. Big free parking space, the Mountain View is beautiful from the hotel.

Please improve the coffee.
