Nice smart hotel, clean and comfortable. Not too big but big enough to have most services. Nice pool and relaxing area. Very helpful staff, organised an accessible room and quick to get taxis when requested.

A little way from the centre of town but not far enough to be a real issue. No kettle in room (although one provided on request with cups and tea available from the bar with no queries) and tiny fridge/mini-bar. Pool shut quite early but maybe because of potential noise issues.

First of all excellent staff, great location close to city centre, exceptional cleanliness, nice pool area, nice bar area, really good breakfast and free parking. Overall excellent and we are looking to book again for another visit.

Only thing that was slightly odd was early closing for the bar, it was midnight closing and there was a very prompt closing, but maybe something to do with licence, I guess.

This was our 10th stay at the Sherry Park and we were made most welcome by the staff who know us well. We were staying in our usual room. The hotel is constantly upgrading its standards both in the building and outside in the lovely gardens. The pool opening times were extended which suited us well. During our week stay we enjoyed the fantastic breakfasts, both from the buffet and the hot food breakfast station every day, with the breakfast service opening until 10.30. We can't praise enough the high level of staff care and cleanliness. Looking forward to next time.

Hotel reception is lovely and give a great first impression. The reception staff were brilliant and spoke excellent English. The buffet style breakfast is really good - there really is something for everyone. Rooms are very clean. Outdoor pool has plenty of sun loungers, always got one when we wanted one. A 20 minute walk into the town center means there are plenty of places to eat - and there is loads of choice. Taxi to Jerez airport was approx 20 euros.

The rooms are fine, but there is no coffee/tea facilities, nor no iron or ironing board. I'm sure the hotel would have supplied the iron etc if asked, but we didn't ask, so not sure.

Returning for the 10th time! Fantastic buffet breakfast as always, which we had 3 times during our 10 night stay. We were on a room only rate this time so we went out and found some great little cafes for breakfast for a change. The brand new Vermuteria Tapas bar/restaurant was AMAZING. The staff were fantastic as always; Isabel and Pepa at breakfast time, Gema & Ivan in La Vermuteria, Jose, Juan and the other guys on the bar & pool terrace - always very friendly & helpful. They remember me every time I return and it is great to see the same faces. I feel like I am valued as a customer. I'm returning in September!

A kettle in the room would be nice

The outdoor area is extremely well maintained, both the gardens and the outdoor pool. All rooms have a small balcony and from our room the view towards the garden was perfect. The breakfast room is of a good size and there is a very good selection of foods for breakfast. Other restaurants and snack bar are also available in the hotel.

For the indoor swimming pool we were informed that the program is from 9 to 21, no restrictions mentioned. However, to keep with our business program as well, we usually went there in the afternoons at around 6 pm, only to find out that the pool is rented for external swimming classes on the afternoons of Tuesday and Thursday (3 hours/day) and the trainer did not allow us to enter the pool during that time. As it happened, the weather was not great to use the outdoor swimming pool either. Personally, I was very disappointed, as I have selected the hotel especially because of the indoor swimming pool.

Excellent hotel, brilliant staff, a down side for us was that the restaurant probably due to remodelisation. was closed but that will obviously change once the works are completed. I must say that the works did not interfere with our holiday break in any shape or formHowever that is only a temporary situation. would I return there.? without doubt yes I would. good parking but we didn’t use our car as it was a cheap taxi ride into the centre. in my view I would recommend Jerez as a venue and certainly this hotel is very worthy of consideration for your stay. Furthermore, the breakfasts were superb. so thank you to the staff for making our 3 day visit very enjoyable

I've been going to the sherry Park Hotel for over 20 years and the hotel is brilliant l. it has always been excellent service, food is exceptional, with a fantastic buffet dinner. And most of all, the staff, cleaners, chefs, in the bar, there's the waitresses, anna, Terri, euginine, the men, alfredo, jose, and any I haven't mentioned who are all fantastic. on reception jose, and eva, of whom I've known for many years are always very helpful, friendly, and extremely professional, as are the newer staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else in jerez.

The bar and restaurant staff were excellent. The food was very good and beverages were reasonably priced. A beautifully lounge to relax in the evening. This is a true 4 star hotel.

Severel issues with the room that were eventually resolved by a not overly friendly senior male at the front desk.This is the only negative relating to the otherwise wonderful staff. No air conditioning in the room and a ventilation system that didn't work. No point opening the patio door and letting more hot air in. We eventually moved to a lower category room on the shaded side of the building. Do not book a room with a pool view when the air conditioning is turnrd off, as they face the sun. Odly the air co is on throughout the hotel but turned off in the rooms. Perhaps that why the staff can't appreciate the significance of a hot room.

Sherry Park Hotel is a lovely hotel and perfect if you wanted to stay a bit out of the centre of Jerez. It’s a 15 minute walk into the centre and all on the flat. And it is very close to the equestrian centre. the breakfast was excellent and the staff really helpful. The pool and gardens were a really place to relax after a good days walking round the city. The rooms were really well equipped and comfortable and clean. Also the hotel has free parking which is a huge bonus in Spain. Would definitely stay here again.
